Scott was my tech and was amazing very pleasant, knowledgeable, very friendly and compassionate about his job. Scott did an awesome thorough job. I have never had bed bugs before, this has been a nightmare. Thanks to Mantis, me and my children our able to sleep peacefully. The product used was environmental safe. I would recommend this company to anyone who is struggling with bed bugs or any pest issues. Its hard to find a company who will honor their word. So far so good! Dylan came out and treated my home. He seemed very thorough and up front with everything that he was going to do (pretreatment) and sharing what he found and did treating my house. I appreciate his work.

And using this company for a few years, makes a huge difference, it’s rare for us to even see a couple bugs or a spider at all throughout the year in our house, and surprisingly extremely minimal activity outside. Austin recently took over after our previous tech was (very deservingly) promoted. Austin was great! I was able to have a chat with him about problem areas and concerns. He was amazing and able to answer all my questions. Haven't seen a single critter make its way into the house. So far Mathis has been nothing but great, friendly and very helpful
