Had a problem with hornets in the ground and getting in the house. Found Maple lane pest thru google and called them and they were out the same day. Bill was the service man and was excellent. Very professional, and knowledgeable about the process. He did an excellent job and we were very happy with the job he did. Would highly recommend the company ( and we have to my sister in law) and especially Bill. He is the greatest. Thank you Bill!!!!! They are lucky to have you.

Bill was extremely knowledgeable about his job and explained everything he was doing along the way. I really appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood the process and he did not rush at all. He did a thorough inspection and application around and inside my home. I love maple lane and have used them since I was in my first home. I highly recommend this family owned business and they are a great price and not pushy like other extermination companies out there.

Bill was great , he made sure he addressed the places that i had concerns about. He really sprayed my patio area heavily for ants which looked like they were having a convention there. He thoroughly checked my garage for yellow jackets spraying that area even though he saw none. Maple lane is great would change pest control companies. Thanks Bill great job👍🏻

The technician, Brian, was very knowledgeable. He gave me lots of good advice about keeping insects out of our home, in addition to the pest control being applied. He was friendly and efficient. I was concerned about the safety of the chemicals being used, but I felt better once he explained to me the safety of the products they use. He was excellent.

My technician, Lisa, was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant and provided a great service. She took good care to ensure our dog's sleeping area was not disturbed by the spraying. All in all, it was a great experience. I will book another service in the spring. Thanks Lisa!

Bill was very kind and pleasant, especially with my dog wanting to "help" him. He explained what will happen, especially with the spiders, where he treated and the drying time. He also explained the longevity of the treatment and I promised I'd call in the spring. I'm very happy with Bill's service.

The Maple Lane team is excellent!!!! I first spoke with Kathy who worked hard to get me an immediate appointment and was very professional. She sent Michael to my house who patiently waited for me to meet him. Michael was not only thorough and professional, but he also took a lot of time explaining to me my problem and how to treat it. Michael is extremely honest and reliable. It was a pleasure working with Kathy and Michael; and, while I hope to never need this type of service again, I would ABSOLUTELY want to work with them, if I did need pest control.
