Miliana is a sweetheart. I was a bit stressed knowing that i had a termite issue in my home, but i knew next to none about the insect. By the time she left my place, i felt like i was way more knowledgable and had a much better understanding of what to expect. McCall Pest gives me peace of mind and is easy to work with. I never have to wait if I need an extra treatment. Easy communication. They resolved my sugar ant problem and I RARELY see a roach. If i do, McCall will quickly respond. Zachary has been our pest tech. He is is very pleasant to speak with, knowledgeable and takes his time.

So far so good! Both Ruby and Darrell were great, very caring and patient. Darrell was communicative and punctual and clearly wants to make sure the problem is taken care of. Looking forward to the follow up visits to completely root out the issue.

Katelyn has been amazing, very thorough and keeps me informed of the whole process. She has ensured all opening throughout house have been sealed and traps set as needed. My landlord hired them to get rid of mice in the house after doing everything they asked like pick up dog food and put bread and stuff up. We still have mice. They’ve been here almost a year back-and-forth. They will show up one week and then just don’t bother coming back unless you call them to complain. Needless to say you’re later or $2000 later we still have my droppings everywhere.

Kevin Ledoux is AWESOME and a tremendous attribute to McCall Pest & Wildlife. About 3 weeks ago Kevin provided pest control service for gnat issues. My husband and I intended to call McCall to schedule another service since the treatment is not a one-time solution but got busy due to the holidays. The door bell rang and it was Kevin, he was working in our neighborhood and wanted to follow-up on our gnat issue. This was such a TERRIFIC surprise and well-needed because he was prepared and addressed our specific issue. Kevin's customer service is truly one of a kind!!!
