Very very upset right now!! I've been a great loyal customer for 3 years, I absolutely love my technician Ochuan! Loved Mrs.Gabby! Now she's gone and the customer service sucks.I got service yesterday which didn't get finished because Megan told me a time and I waited at that time..and nothing so I'm busy I had to leave..so my service wasn't complete. I called and asked for it to be completed and she said it couldn't be. Call today about it and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong at the time?!? Absolutely not ma'am you told me the wrong time and adamently argued you were right?! Terrible attitude and customer service from the office! And now all of a sudden they're not servicing my area anymore and I need to find new service?! This is absolute trash and I'm very upset the way I was treated and talked to by Megan and now I have to find someone new after years of being comfortable with my service and my technician!? 0/10 do not recommend dealing with her or the company cause obviously being a great customer and loyal customer..they're just going to throw you away like nothing..😞 terrible experience.. thanks a lot metro 👌😒

BEST PEST CONTROL SERVICE EVER!! Truly love the entire staff at Metro! Mary-Ann and Megan are so consistent with calling and getting me on the schedule. Could not ask for a better team! I highly recommend this company to ANYONE 🤩

Outstanding customer service! Punctual and knowledgeable technicians. Ochuan has been my technician these last couple of times. He is very thorough and professional. All of the technicians prior to that have been as well. I rarely have any issues when it is time for my quarterly. Office staff is courteous and work with their customers when scheduling appointment. I used to have to bug my dad to come out and exterminate my house every once in a while, but seeing as how he has his own life and is getting older, I was starting to worry that I would have to start learning how to do it myself until my friend referred me to Metro Exterminating. I’ve been using them for over a year now and I love it. I’m on the quarterly program where they reach out to me every three months and schedule to visit my home and they do my property thoroughly. Not only my home interior and exterior, but also my sheds, patio, fence line, and everything else. Ochuan is the technician that services my house and he is so respectful with my home, polite, and pleasant to speak to. The front office does a good job of communicating if the technician is running behind for any reason, and they take my payment over the phone so it is a relief to get my house serviced so easily. As busy of a schedule as I have, it’s not hard to work with this company and I really appreciate that. I tell everyone about them and hope they continue to thrive in business. Use this company, you won’t regret it.
