Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Lack of Accountability We hired Mission Pest Control to tent and fumigate our home for termites, and the entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. The crew arrived late and, when they finally showed up, they were missing paperwork we had already submitted. One of the representatives was dismissive and completely unprofessional. Despite our clear request that the house be securely locked when they left — and even providing them with our digital code — we returned to find that the home had been left unlocked overnight. Upon returning home, we discovered visible property damage, including to our exterior walls, and trash and materials were left scattered around our property. Even worse, the contractors had shut off our AC unit, and we’ve been unable to turn it back on. It's currently mid-summer, and I live with my 80-year-old grandmother — the heat has made this situation unbearable. Our AC has now been out since Friday (it’s Tuesday as of writing this), and despite multiple phone calls and assurances that someone would get back to me, no one has. I was also promised paperwork to file claims for the damages — I’ve received nothing. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend Mission Pest Control to anyone and urge others to be cautious if considering their services.

Been using Mission Pest for five years and their staff is always so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Really feels like a family run business. Quincy Tate was my recent technician and he was amazing! Answered all my silly questions and made sure my home was taken care of so i don't see any more roaches. Mission Pest should give him a raise!

For everyone planning on mission pest control, just note that they DO NOT remove wasps nests if they happen to be on your second floor roof. It's not within their scope of practice. I found out after about 3 years of service with them.

This company drives me crazy. I have asked them over and over to stop coming to my house trying to sell me pest control. They just keep coming. I put put a no soliciting sign, but they keep coming. Every time they tell me that they do my neighbors pest control and try to get me to sign up for their services even though I use another company.

Mission Pest Control is a nightmare! They overcharged me $3,200 for a $750 job that was so poorly done, I had to hire another company to fix it. Their service was awful: techs showed up for an appointment but regularly left without knocking, techs arrived without needed ladders despite my request for them to bring a ladder, and they required constant rescheduling. Getting info or documentation was nearly impossible, and they ignored/were unaware of industry standards. One tech even almost hit my car in my garage. Avoid this unprofessional, overpriced company at all costs!
