Mr. Racoon did a great job assessing and solving the situation when we had mysterious noises coming from our wall. He found a giant squirrel nest on top of the vent, with three young squirrels. All went quiet in the wall until later that night, when we heard the pitter patter again. He came back the next morning to get the last squirrel out. He is a sweet guy. Very responsive and responsible. And reasonable price too.

Eric from Mr. Raccoon came to our house in San Rafael to determine what type of animal was living in our crawl space. After a quick check he diagnosed the problem as RATS ! Eric was professional and competent as he quickly took action to eliminate the problem. Within a few days our rat problem had been solved and Eric is coming back this weekeend to replace the insulation ruined by the rodents. 5 STARS all the way for Eric and his team at Mr. Raccoon. I highly recommend Mr. Raccoon. Junio was professional, knowledgeable and responsive and came to our house within hours. He took the time to assess everything that needed to be done. He ended up going right into the crawl space and coaxing the mom out, and then he gently carried the babies to safety under the deck so that the mother could come back and lead them away later Junio and his crew covered all openings to our crawl space so no more could get in. The mother raccoon came back when it was dark and took the babies away. Problem solved! Thank you Junio!

Mr Racoon did a amazing job securing our deck against Pepe le Pew. My dog had been sprayed twice! Mr Racoon came quickly, were incredibly knowledgeable, did beautiful work and left our yard neat and clean.

Last winter I found myself in a horrible situation. A few months After contracting a major pest control company to seal up every nook and cranny of my house to keep rats mice and other larger animals from entering my crawl space under my home in rural Marin County which backs up to thousands of acres of open space A family of skunks moved in. The unwanted guest entered through a large hole that the pest control company missed which is directly under my furnace. Every time I turn the heat on at this very cold and wet time of year the skunks got angry and sprayed. My family was miserable and had nowhere to turn until we found Junio. He arrive the next day and 24 hours later he sealed every entry point possible for the unwanted skunks and removed them from my home humanely and efficiently. There couldn't have been a better outcome for my family or the skunks. I also manage real estate all over the bay area one building in particular in proximity to Golden Gate Park in San Francisco houses a dance school. Early this spring my tenant had raccoons and other critters in her attic space. Junio once again arrived the very next day to assess the problem, sealed all entry points and humanely removed all of the unwanted animals that created nuisance.
