DOA has been a great pest control service for us, from Jack who sold us the service to Dalton who has been our service technician for both of our appointments. Dalton does an amazing job. He is kind, courteous, and respectful. He took his time to make sure every part of our home was protected and that he addressed all of our concerns. I highly recommend them.

DOA provided immediate solutions to a rat issue I was having in my home. Business owner Christina took my call and scheduled my quote. She was warm and helpful. Nathan arrived the same day to provide an inspection to my property. He was very reassuring, personable and helped put my worries at ease. The next day, Brad spent hours on the exclusion work, and I appreciated how thoughtful and thorough he was on the project. All to say, two days ago I was at my wits end with rats in my house, and DOA set me up with a great plan to address the immediate issue and to prevent it from happening again. All for a reasonable price point and absolutely zero high pressure sales tactics.

Was pleased that Tyler took time to discuss treatment and also arrived at the time he stated. A subsequent service by Brad was also friendly, courteous, and professional. Have been pleased with this family-owned business. Service requested was timely from Nathan. I appreciate the explanation of service and the time for treatment. Once again, a professional and courteous demeanor was exhibited.
