The service provided by Angel (on behalf of Native) was outstanding. He arrived on time, he inspected the property, gave me his findings and discussed the plan of action. He made sure I understood what the plan of treatment was and what to expect during and after treatment. Also, Heather, from sales, call me after the services was provided to make sure everything went as planned. I 100% recommend Native pest control. My service today was done by Todd. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very thorough. He also instructed me on what to expect in the next 10 or 15 days regarding insect activity. Had another company scheduled for an initial visit today, and they did not show. I called Native and Josh was awesome on the phone, and he got us squeezed into the schedule same day (day before a holiday). Within an hour, Steve C. and Finn showed up, explained everything they were doing, did an inspection, told us what to expect after the treatment, and gave us amazing service.
