I was a customer for over ten years. I was always very satisfied with their service and technicians. I came to edit my previous 5 star review because a few months ago, I began having more pests inside the home and their new protocol was to only treat the exterior unless seeing live activity indoors. Well, I was seeing live activity every week and was asking for more interior spraying. I remind you, I’ve been a customer over ten years and have referred more than half a dozen customers to them. One day, I receive an email that they are no longer able to service my home. I call to ask what was happening thinking maybe they went bankrupt. I texted and called and was never responded to or explained why they were dropping me. I was extremely disappointed and quite confused at the absolute lack of consideration or professionalism. I give two stars because the service is good when they provide it but being dropped after a decade without so much as a phone call or explanation is in very poor taste and highly unprofessional.

I can’t recommend Natural Resources Pest Control enough! Every time they come, they do an absolutely amazing job. From the very first visit, we noticed a huge improvement, and their treatments are both effective and safe for our family and pets, which is a huge plus. The technicians are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They take the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and offer great tips for keeping pests away in between visits. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a reliable and eco-friendly pest control service, this is the one!

I used them for years. They are expensive and charge a large sign on fee to do a first treatment. Then they say that if you still have pest pressure they’ll come back and do another treatment sooner than scheduled (which is every other month). My last service was middle of Nov so I was due right now. They waited to email me to inform me until now, mid Jan, when I’m due for service, that for no apparent reason, they will no longer provide service to my house. My friends who live near by, who I referred, will not be cut off. They will not answer my calls or return my emails and refuse to offer an explanation as to why they have cut off my services. I know they are screening my calls because they answered when I called from another number- and when they did answer, Nina who works there sounded like I woke her up from a deep sleep (at 4:15 pm) and promised she’d call me back today (which she did not). After years of service, many referrals, and the large upstart fee, the least they could do is explain WHY they are doing this, and tell me with some notice instead of right when I’m due for service. Highly recommend you go with another company.

Logan is excellent…very personable, professional and thorough. He answers all questions and explains the services provided. We’re on a maintenance schedule and the added attention to detail of inside inspection was great. I’d definitely recommend!

Natural Resources Pest Control was wonderful from start to finish! They were communicative and made the booking process very easy. Logan was also wonderful during his visit and did a great job of communicating anything he felt we should look out for and correct to avoid any issues. He wore booties when coming inside our home and even cleaned up after himself when he was done! The entire process was seamless and they sent their recommendations via email upon the completion of the service, which makes my life easier. Highly recommend!
