Excellent service! A group of raccoons moved into an outdoor building in our backyard. NEO was great to explain each step needed for removal. They were amazing and even cleaned up the mess left from the animals and sanitized the building. Thank you for a job well done!!!! Highly recommend!

Chris and John were SO helpful when we needed raccoons humanely removed from our chimney. One baby raccoon had fallen into a spot behind our fireplace that was impossible to reach, and they both spent the entire day helping us find a solution to our problem. They worked so hard for us and got the job done, and released the mama and her babies safely. We are grateful for the excellent service!

I had a family of raccoons living in my chimney I didn’t know what to do started to google , I called and was greeted nicely was told they were busy but squeezed me in any ways that amazing service , next day Chris came and set a trap and we didn’t even notice till we found the note he left letting us know he was there ,same night a Racoon got caught and this morning I gave them a call to let them know few hours later Chris came back got the mom Racoon down and got the baby’s out of the chimney nice and carefully and even put them together with there mother all I have to say is Chris and Neo wildlife Removel went above and beyond for me and my girl friend I couldn’t be more happy , above all they were polite and well mannered I told all my co workers and family about what they did for me and hope they can do the same for every one who’s in the same boat as me I couldn’t be thankful enough!!!

Highly recommend NEO Wildlife! Had the pleasure of working with John, Dylan, Sacheen and Chris. All were incredibly personable, professional and each took the time to keep us informed and explained every step for successfully removing a family of groundhogs from property. We won't hesitate to work with them again in the future should the need arise.

Neo Wildlife did a fantastic job getting rid of all of my raccoons. They were efficient reliable and kind. Dylan was absolutely the best. I would highly recommend them.

I initially reached out to the company when I had a suspected mouse problem because I had read they were big on humane solutions. The owner was polite and helpful on the phone, and was able to get someone out to my house in just two days. The mouse was gone by the time of the inspection, but it was still helpful to find out where the access point was. I was told upfront that the inspection would cost $200 and although I agreed to pay, it did seem very expensive when the actual problem wasn't even solved. I was also told the company would follow up in a week or so with quotes about sealing entry points in my home. I haven't heard anything since so I have already gone with alternate options. My experience was not terrible, but communication seems to be lacking. The cost also appears to be on the higher end, so expect to have to shell out if you go with the company.
