My son noticed a bat in our dining room sitting above the window woodwork at 10:30 at night. We tried to capture it and take it outside but it squirmed and my son lost it. The bat ducked down into a crack between the wall and the window woodwork. We called NJAC and Wildlife Inspector Chris Holt came and inspected our home for holes and cracks, as well as any bat feces in our attic. He took a video of the crack between the wall and the window woodwork and we could see a bat in the crack. He found nothing other, assuming it was a one time episode, possibly a bat entering our chimney cap and flying into the dining room. We have had no further problems. Since bats cannot live more than 24 hours without food or water, we assume the bat is dead. Chris assured us there would be no smell as bats have very little body mass. Chris did a thorough inspection and I am pleased with his work ethic.

I agree with Al Martino’s post. A woman name Huma, who lives in Moorestown, was just treated like garbage this week by an employee of this company. When she tried to call to complain about his behavior, they hung up on her. I myself had a run-in with Charles Garrity and I’ve heard only mean things about him. It’s terrible when someone who is so mean deals with the public and the poor animals the public wants to help. Either way hanging up on someone is not professional and Charles is still very mean. Remember John the Dog? 🤔

Charles and his team are amazing! Did a great job at my home and it appears all issues are solved! Animal endangerment and anger issues. Found a stray dog once on the street covered in fleas, starved and ill in the middle of the night. Brought it to animal hospital and paid over 600$ to get it deflead, checked for a chip, and given medications. No chip. Animal shelter was closed so I had the option to leave it over night or take it home. I took it home, posted it on Facebook that night in hopes that someone would claim it and went to work the next day. A manic woman claimed it, saying she JUST lost the dog that morning and that I stole it from her (so the dog was living in her home in that condition?) and began sending random people on Facebook to attack me verbally. I assured her that this was not the case and that I would be happy to return her dog after I got home from work (I am a college student struggling to pay my bills). Next thing you know, I received a call from a very disgusting man at this location THREATENING me, a young girl, with police action and to "have my life ruined if I don't leave work to return the dog right now". I was 100% cooperative and willing to give it back the whole time, and still received insults and horrible treatment from this man as if I were a criminal. He didn't care that the dog was going to a potentially abusive home.

This company took advantage of my senior citizen parents. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and do not use this business for your wildlife removal needs. I contacted the company because it seemed like my township endorsed it. But beware they are running a scam to collect your inspection deposit and they do not want to do any work. Also be aware that you cannot directly call them. Do yourself a favor and research this company before using it
