I'm impressed and appreciative of Nixtermite's honesty. We have had Travis over to our home twice over the last couple of years to check out what we worried were signs of termites. Both times, Travis assured us that what we were seeing was not termites and not to be concerned about and we didn't need any of Nixtermite's services. This shows me that Travis and the company prioritize honesty to their customers, rather than making money in the short term. Additionally, scheduling the inspection and the office staff member I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful.

Absolutely Avoid Nixtermite – Damaged Property and Zero Accountability I am writing this review to strongly advise anyone considering Nixtermite for pest control to look elsewhere. My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare, resulting in significant damage to my home and a complete refusal by Nixtermite to take any responsibility. Nixtermite recently tented my house, and in the process, they severely damaged my ceiling. I was shocked to find visible, extensive damage after the tenting was complete. When I contacted them to address the issue, they flat-out refused to fix it, citing a waiver I had signed. While I acknowledge signing a waiver, the level of damage inflicted was completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, goes beyond what a reasonable person would expect as a risk. It feels as though they used the waiver as an excuse to avoid accountability for their shoddy work and lack of care. This has left me not only with a damaged ceiling that I now have to pay out of pocket to repair, but also with a profound sense of betrayal and frustration. A reputable company stands by its work, even when unforeseen issues arise. Nixtermite, however, seems to hide behind legalities to avoid their obligations. If you value your home and want to work with a company that takes pride in its service and rectifies its mistakes, do not choose Nixtermite. Save yourself the headache, the unexpected repair costs, and the frustration of dealing with a company that refuses to take responsibility for its actions. There are many other pest control companies out there; choose one that will treat your property with the respect it deserves.

Bernardo was great. Explained the situation and provided me with a timely solution. After services were completed I was left feeling like a small money grab. I really did not feel that they were here to help just get the money.I will not be using their services again. Bernardo was the reasoning for why I gave the one star.

I highly recommend this company! Travis came out and explained the entire process in detail. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and to the point. Alexis, who works in the office, was a gem. She made the whole process smooth and easy. She answered all questions and was always available. The fumigation team was outstanding and prompt during the tenting. Kenny and Daniel performed an excellent job in all wood, painting, patching and screen repairs. They were prompt everyday, friendly, respectful, detail oriented and did an outstanding job.
