I meet a representative from this company while at a mixer and decided to actually use them for my personal residence. The service has been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The representatives who make appointments are so kind and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule my appointment for later that week whereas another chain company took a week to simply get back to me to even schedule an appointment. The inspectors were polite and helpful. The technician was also great! Haven’t seen any live bugs in my house since. All around excellent service.

I love that Austin has been our technician since 2021 when we bought our house. I feel like that is probably not normal in pest control, and we very much appreciate that we know who he is and he knows our house. Service is always great and he and the company are quick to respond to any issue or callback. I love the quarterly pay that covers everything. 100% recommend. Also the fact that they get the webs from your eaves makes such a HUGE difference for curb appeal!

Excellent service. First, the products WORK. With regular service the bugs are gone they do not return. And, if I ask for some dusting of spider webs from the inside of the garage door, my rep happily takes care of it for me. Second, the communication is great. We receive notice several days before our service apointment and again the morning of. This is very appreciated.

I am about an 18 year customer with them for the termite bond on my house. Paid invoice April first. They get the check a week later. June 12 now and STILL no service. 10 weeks later but boy it did not take them that long to cash the check. There is no excuse for this. I do not recommend them nor will I renew next year with them.

I have Steve Gable as my technician, and even though I've moved from my initial house, I kept the same services because of him. He goes above and beyond, he's friendly, he's patient, he's timely, and he doesn't make me like a bother if he has to come back for anything, which is rare because he does such a good job. I can tell he cares a lot about what he does and wants to make sure that we are well taken care of. Were it not for him, I likely would have shopped around. Also, every time I call the local Smyrna office, they are so kind and helpful. Good customer service is important to me and I always feel well taken care of. Great job Smyrna!
