Employees are respectful and professional. A couple of items would be helpful relative to termite protection- 1) A technician came out to inspect the bait traps, no one was home so he left a card on the front door indicating the bait traps were inspected. But, he did not include the results of the inspection, I had to call him to find out. Please add a note on the card stating the results of the inspection, why wouldn't you include that? 2) Provide a price list to customers that provides the different options and associated costs (initial application and renewal). I'm finding it difficult to get a clear understanding of the costs associated with the different treatment options, in one case the cost of the yearly renewal was never mentioned and I thought it to be a one time cost.

The gentleman that took care of our home was excellent. He was professional, very nice and went out of his way to meet our needs. Highly recommended!

I have been using Old South for about 2 yrs now and we love them. But Steve was the very best. UPDATE 10/29/2025 Don came by today to service and was amazing. He called me being I was not home. And he even tightened the latch on my gate because it was loose. Thank you Don and Old South.

I had an appointment as of today and wasn’t home so I was fully aware this would only be an exterior pest control treatment. I received an email from Old South Exterminators stating that the Technicians had completed the job which I really appreciated. I have security cameras around my home and from what I saw they did an awesome job and are very detailed in their work. I’m extremely satisfied with Old South Exterminators and highly recommend them.

The two pest control techs who were at our home this week, Kevin and Chris, excellent in every way. Today ""Q" was our termite trap inspector and was very considerate. They were each great service representatives of your company. Thank you.

Always happy with the service from Old South. Our technician, Bo Mathis, is always on time and gives us a verbal report before he leaves. Very professional and friendly. And Jeanne in the office is terrific to deal with. We've had them for 8 years and are still satisfied and would recommend without hesitation.
