Jared provided a very reasonable quote and began the process right away. Within just two days, the raccoon was safely caught and removed. He kept me well-informed throughout, sealed the entry point after removal, and made sure everything was secure. I haven't had a single issue since. I called Omega back in March after spotting rats in my attic on a trail camera. I chose Omega because I liked that they didn't use poison or glue traps. Omega came out quickly and assessed the home's exterior, finding the holes the rats were using to enter the home. Entry points were quickly covered and traps were set. Raul followed up and he explained what to expect. Raul was always in time and cleared the traps for us. Rats have no longer been an issue.

Great company that is easy to work with it. Jared came out and did the inspection. He was knowledgeable and was patient with my questions. I was looking at Omega and two other companies. Went with Omega and was able to get an appointment within two weeks. The team came out and sealed up everything within a few hours. A week later I saw a weep hole that they AND I missed at installation. Raul with Omega was out the next day to seal it up. Speaking of Raul, he came out every week to check the traps even though they did not see any movements on the cameras. Raul was super helpful, knowledgeable and chill. He did the inspections and answered all of my questions. We have not heard any noises or issues since the seal job. Because of the warranty, I have the confidence that I can call them at any time to come check out any issues I have.

I’ve been a customer since 2018 when a move-in inspection revealed a petrified critter in the attic. While the original sealing of the house was pretty pricey, it came with a lifetime warranty and the level of service I have received has always been excellent. Any concerns I have had were promptly addressed and everybody has been great. This year, I had my first critter since the house was sealed and it was actually due to a roof repair that needs to happen. 7 years free and clear and probably would have gone longer had I not needed the roof fix. They always accommodate my inspection requests like today when I had a mysterious hole in the soffit. Raul got me taken care of and I am 100% satisfied with this service.
