    I don't take the time to leave positive reviews and perhaps that's my fault, but as someone in the service and sales business for over 20 years, there are certain expectations that are expected. If someone goes above and beyond, I make sure to recognize them, but when people do their job and it is satisfactory and done well, well that's their job correct? This company, not even remotely close. Had a family emergency requiring our family to move for financial reasons, and not one but two people, including an account manager asks "is there someone in the neighborhood I could transfer the remaining services to"? Excuse me?? You want me to ask a neighbor to pay for services I signed up for so you can keep your profit up? I didn't need sympathy because I am a grown adult, but to try and put me through a sales pitch, even after I am offering to cancel my agreement and pay the 50% remaining balance as per the contract, you are still going to try and pawn services to someone else? Absolute joke. I would be embarrassed to have my name attached to this company. Maybe the product works great maybe it doesn't so please don't confuse this review as a shot against their product. I do not know the effectiveness, and I really don't care. I will sum up in one sentenced: I paid them to NOT PROVIDE ME SERVICES ANYMORE.

    I am pleased with Edge Pest Control. I was recommended to them by a family member. I have been a member since July 2021. I originally called due to concern about a wasp nest outside one of the bedroom windows. I was convinced to get a service plan to treat the entire house. Although we only had spiders and centipedes and sometimes ants, I decided to try the service. We have seen fewer of these pests. During my recent service, the service tech Dave was very thorough with his inspection and treatment. He pointed out a few structure issues for us to monitor and possibly address at a later time. In fact, one of the issues the Edge was able to fix – replacing a dryer vent cover to ensure that our home stays pest-free. The next day Dakota came to do this work. Both of these service techs were professional, kind, and considerate. They didn’t just call to say they were on their way to provide service but asked if I had any concerns or questions. I give the Edge Pest Control a high five!

    I found this company by approaching one of their techs as he was performing a service at my neighbor's house last summer. We had moved to this area about a year previous and had tried three different local pest companies with fair to poor results. After talking to the tech and finding out they guarantee their work between visits, he actually had time to start our service that day. We have been extremely happy since then. The techs are very professional and polite. We haven't had to request service in between our quarterly scheduled service, and we couldn't believe the different it made with the mosquitoes even with starting in the middle of the summer. The cost is very comparable to local services with it being slightly higher, but we are paying less because the service works, and it's guaranteed for every quarter.

    If you’re on the fence about using Saela, just don’t. I called them on 10/2021 about some ants in my house. They came out in a timely manner and the tech was great. I continued to use for a year a half until i no longer had a use for them. I went to cancel my service and was told i couldn’t because i was in a legally binding contract for over 2 years. I have NO RECOLLECTION of signing anything-other than what i thought was just for the service for that day. After several minutes on hold and after talking with a customer service rep, i was told i couldn’t cancel. As someone who owns a business, along with my husband owning his own business, this is NOT the way to go about receiving contracts. I even went so far as to cancel my credit card and they have it linked to my checking account. Total scammers. LETS PUT SCAELA OUT OF BUSINESS. I have A LOT of friends.

    Jeff came out and he was GREAT! He explained the procedure and did a through inspection and appeared to locate the problem. He explained what he was going to do & what we could possibly expect in the following days due to his treatment. He explained exactly step by step. Very happy with the service so far.
