Orkin sent a sales contract expert to view my home and see which areas needed protectikn from roaches, ants, and mice. He made the service contract process very easy to understand with absolutely no sales pressure. They were on time and answered all my questions. Neo the actual exterminator came out to my home and fully explained the service call process. Neo is very professional and polite. Neo exterminated my whole entire home inside and outside. He explained everything he was doing to protect my home from roaches, ants, and mice. Neo explained to me what I need to do to better protect my home. (Caulking and sealing exposed areas and throw away card board boxes).

Called once for information and a quote. We were just trying to weigh our options especially since calling on behalf of the home owner. The guy on the phone was doing nothing but trying to sell a product. “Oh I’ll bring down the price for you and what’s the problem, why can’t you buy anything right now?” We told the guy we will call back after discussing and he would not let us go. After hanging up, we received 5 calls within the next hour. We were thinking out going with this company until the guy on the phone was being way too pushy and receiving multiple calls within an hour. No respect was given to us to allow time to think about our options. Every other extermination company we called were nice about giving us time to think. These guys are way too pushy and irritating. Be careful with this company, there is something weird about them.
