Technicians are very pleasant and professional. They show up within the time frame and communication is very good as far as scheduling and any issues you have. I’ve been pleased with their services.

Called Orkin after 4:30pm. Website stated 24/7 service. Customer Servive Rep was courteous listened to my concerns and scheduled an inspection/service for the following day. When I received the Service Agreement I noticed my billing address needed to be corrected. I called back shortly after 5pm and received an answering service. I tried a few times left a message but didn't want to sign the document with the wrong info. Since no one responded to my calls, I decided to reply to the email I received. It was one of those emails that don't accept messages, but they did provide a phone number. I called that number and the young lady was able to correct my info and get the document to me to sign. Adam Webb, the manager of the Saint Rose office, just sent me a threatening letter stating my account would be sent to collections if I did not pay for a pest control treatment rendered after I cancelled my pest control service with Orkin multiple times with their phone representatives, online and by email. The exterminator continued to come to my property through 2025 and render treatment and bill me despite the account being cancelled since November 2024. Then when I called the office, the woman who answered claimed she called me to discuss the cancellation and I didn’t pick up, but I have no record of a voice mail or call from Orkin. Orkin is trying to extort money from me by continuing to render services on a cancelled account and threatening to ruin my credit if I don’t pay. Be careful conducting business with this office! They keep saying to call to talk and then claim no calls ever were undertaken so they can keep billing.

Tracey has to be the best Orkin Pro ever. He always accommodates us and does an amazing job each time. He’s super friendly and personable. We haven’t seen any critters in our home since Tracey started spraying for us. We appreciate Tracey and recommend him 100%.

Jemall has been our service guy for the past few months and he’s great! Always kind and mindful of our animals! He does a great job, and always arrives in the time slot we were given!

Mr. Richard was very nice and thorough! We live right by the woods near the swamplands, so we get our share of pests. I’m glad we chose ORKIN. We haven’t had any issues yet!
