I'd like to shout out Arturo, he's been my Tech for years. He makes it a point to check in with me to see if I need anything inside and outside the home. Today, I told about droppings in the garage and feared they were from rodents, He educated me on how to distinguish their droppings from those of lizards. It turns out they were "fly sacks" and explained what may have caused them. I'm sure thankful that Orkin hires knowledgeable people who don't take advantage of the customer, he could've sold me a service I didn't need, John T

Very punctual, professional, informative, and patient answering all my many questions. He found more wasp nests than I thought I had, removed them all and took care of my ant problem and checked for any others. He did not overuse treatments at my request, but made sure to protect the entire perimeter of house and pool patio area. His knowledge and experience was impressive and a big relief to me.
