Just had Orkin treat my yard for ticks and I’m really impressed with their service. The technicians were thorough and professional when applying the treatment around my property. I want to especially mention Shannon from customer service who was absolutely amazing with communication throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure everything went smoothly from scheduling to completion. If you’re dealing with tick concerns in your yard, I highly recommend giving Orkin a call. Their team knows what they’re doing, and with customer service reps like Shannon, the whole experience was hassle-free and professional.

Christian was efficient, professional, courteous, personable and very informative during his visit on 9/9/25. Definitely looking forward to future appointments with him for any pest control needs. Jordan was the employee who came to our home. He was professional and well informed. He patiently answered all of my questions while explaining exactly what he was going to do. He told me that I could contact him personally with any further questions. Orkin is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.

We had a different company initially come out to get rid of our rodent issue but all they did was charge me for a home improvement quote. I’m glad I called Orkin as they were able to come out and not only inspect but set traps and apply prevention measures as well. Good job so far. I am hopeful that their solution will be effective.

Fantastic service. Cullin does a great and detailed job, spotting things I'd never notice normally. Initially requested service to get rid of yellowjackets. But now I've been using them the past 6 months and only had good experiences.
