    Fantastic Service from Orkin in Springfield! I recently had Orkin out to my home in Springfield, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I called, the customer service was top-notch and very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled right away. On the day of the service, the technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He was incredibly professional, listened to my concerns, and was able to quickly identify and take care of the pest problem. What stood out to me was the efficiency and cleanliness of the work. The technician was in and out without any disruption to my day, and he made sure to clean up everything after the job was done. You wouldn’t even have known he was there. It’s been a few weeks, and the problem is completely gone. I’m very satisfied with the results and the professional way everything was handled.     When Orkin first came out, I was really impressed. The technician we had was fantastic—he explained everything he was doing and why, and was very professional and kind. He came out weekly as our contract stated, and I felt confident in the service we were getting. Unfortunately, that great experience didn’t last. After the third week, they switched our technician, and we haven’t seen anyone in over a month. Despite that, I’ve been charged for services that were never completed. I’ve also had a very difficult time getting in touch with the Springfield location. I’ve left voicemails that were never returned and had to call multiple times just to try to speak with someone. I was excited to do business with Orkin given what we’ve been through with pests, but sadly, I can’t recommend them after this experience.

    My technician Layne was very pleasant and kind. He was quiet enough not to wake my kids up and super efficient, and very knowledgeable. Great service and I look forward to continue to work with Orkin!

    The service man was nice but he really did not want to go in to our crawl space. He was a big guy and our opening was small. He finally did go but I had to ask him at least three times. The only reason we wanted a professional to do the treatment was for the crawl space to get done. I’d really like to see a different service tech next time. As far as the treatment went; so far so good.

    Nick had excellent customer service! He explained everything he was doing and made sure I knew that if I had any questions or issues after he left to get ahold of them. I would definitely recommend Orkin for any unwelcome visitors you get in your home.

    Nicholas arrived promptly and was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain the problem and how he was dealing with it. We will definitely be patrons of Orkin again in the future.

    My service with Orkin is awesome; I rarely see anything since my service started. Brad Denning is who comes and sprays for me, and he is very friendly, cares about giving good pest/rodent treatment, and is all around a great guy who has never caused any issues.

    AVOID- not worth the hassle. I had every other month inside and outside inspection/spray during the spring, summer and fall months. I was assigned an appointment time (at the company convenience) requiring me to have to reschedule) and was billed whether or not services were provided. Most times I was billed before any services were provided or scheduled. The techs. were given a check at the time of service and many times I was billed again requiring another call to the office. I have currently received a 3rd statement without any service being provided. Worst business procedure I’ve dealt with. The technicians are fine but business procedure is terrible. No response despite multiple calls to the office. Waist of time!
