I was a long-time Orkin customer then left for a better deal with a competitor. Shouldn't have fallen for that pitch, as there were hidden and extra fees that Orkin didn't charge. I just switched back and am very pleased with Cody's service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. Outstanding. His recently promoted boss, Pablo, was my previous technician before I left, and he was outstanding as well. This indicates to me a well-run operation whereby the right attitude, knowledge, and expertise is being passed down from management to the field technicians as personnel moves upward in the organization. Very happy I switched back.

Was initially hesitant about the price but know Orkin is great. Called anyways and they found some discounts that made the price cheaper than any others I checked with. They showed up on time, and we had a tech Samuel, who was extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! They honestly completely went above and beyond my expectations. 10/10 very thankful.

Michael my tech is amazing! He always goes above and beyond and is so nice! When I reach out with questions he gets back promptly and really takes the time to understand my worries and keep the property top top and pest free. The office is wonderful as well. All around great experience with Orkin.
