Orkin provides thorough service and arrive within time frame given in text. Even when I am not on site, i know the outside will be sprayed completely. Pedro's attention to detail is impeccable. He spotted a wasp nest inside one of the screen doors and treated it before I'd arrived to point it out to him. Great service.

Lorenzo was very kind, professional, and respectful when he came out. He explained everything throughly and assured confidence in the safety of the product in use with the pets and children in home. Today I had my home sprayed by Orkin. The customer service was pretty good & I would recommend to friends & family, but who won me over was the Technician that was assigned to my home, Oscar Salas. Oscar treated me as if we were old friends. He crushed custom service! Oscar was so cool I want to sit, light a cigar, & crack open a beer with him. I hope the Orkin chemicals work & take care of my bug issues developed this summer. Nonetheless, Oscar won me over to stick with Orkin! Rolf was very responsive to my needs. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. He came up with a great plan to seal my home and keep the animals away from my attic. Have not had an issue since.

Service is always great! Always on time and friendly. The only qualms that I have is that when they make an appt they don’t contact you to see what works well for the customer, they just send you an appt date. I got a text on Halloween at 6:15pm letting me know that they will be here on Monday and they didn’t even give an estimated time frame. That is not enough sufficient time to tell my job. I’m already home for several hours by the time I got the text. I had to call and leave a voice mail letting them know this. So once again they texted me giving me a Saturday date that also does not work. I guess the only way to resolve this is I made an account login and I will just have to request dates online which I didn’t know you could do until I made the account. Other than that always great service.
