Joey & Drew humanely came and conquered our European bee visitors. They were thorough in explaining and completing the job. Off the queen and her family went to their farm for a happy life.

They were very fast and wonderful, definitely suggest these guys to help out with saving the bees as well as removing them from your home. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, I can tell the bees are going to a good home. Thank you for everything y’all did!

Just had Joey and Drew here to remove a large birdhouse that had been colonized by honey bees. They were fantastic! These guys know what they are doing! Professional, respectful and educated us about the hive, bees and what to expect in the next couple of weeks. They will rehab the hive and provide it to a farm as I understand it. Recommend them highly! Great company!

Dennis is it walking in encyclopedia of bee knowledge!! If you're looking for someone that will take the time to explain the process and what is going to work best for the bees, He is the absolute best! I previously purchased some inferior equipment online as most people do but he took the time to explain what we need to do to move forward, that will allow the Bees to thrive and produce the best honey possible. Dennis the Bee Guy, Beth and The Black Hammock Bee Farms have been an excellent source of information, training, equipment and Bee's for me as I start my backyard Bee journey. I've attended their Bee 101 and 102 classes, they were very informative with onsite bee hives, great setting and teachers. I purchased my first two colonies and equipment from them and signed up for some private tutoring from Dennis at my apiary for the 1st week hive inspection. Dennis showed up and tutored me through my 1st inspection giving some great tips and pointers. He also noticed one of my colonies as not doing as well as he expected and arranged to swap out that colony for free! I've had a great experience with The Black Hammock Bee Farms, Dennis and Beth and looking forward to continuing my Bee journey with them.

Great place to start if you want to get into bee keeping. They offer classes for beginners and also some advanced classes. The 101 class for beginners was very informative and really prepares you to be ready to start beekeeping. They have all the equipment you would need for beekeeping, whether you are just getting started or already been doing it for a while. They are also very helpful if you have any questions. They provide individualized home tutoring too. Can get Nucs of bees from them which can be picked up or delivered to your home. Dennis,the bee guy, is also amazing. Very knowledgeable and experienced and always available up help when needed or if have any questions. Would definitely recommend them for any beekeeping needs. They also harvest different types of honey that you can buy from them.
