Upon my initial inquiry with the company I asked for a rodent inspection since I just moved into a new home. Trevor came and he was very knowledgeable and was able to check thoroughly and also checked for roaches and other insects as well. He was a nice guy and very professional. I ended up signing up and had my first quarterly pest control completed with Tony and Dakota and both were awesome. They were very professional and knowledgeable and were able to answer any of my questions and provide me with information I did not even have to ask for, which was very insightful. They both were also able to give recommendations for small things to keep an eye on that were not a problem but could be later on. They were very thorough in their walk through of the property both inside and out. They were really nice guys and easy to talk to. I have not seen any bugs since they completed the pest control service. The price I was quoted for quarterly pest control was also pretty good for the size of my property. I am glad I chose Paragon. 10/10.

Paragon is great, at least for my own experience. I am with them for almost a year for general pest control and mosquito control, no problem and issues at all. Great and respectful communications. Experienced technicians. There can be some up and down services depending on which technicians coming over (some of them can be very impatient and carelessness). But you can always tell them which technician you want to come over and 80% of the time they fulfilled my requests. Overall, great pest control company I have used so far.

8/25 I had to come back and update this review because this company continues to amaze me and I never thought I’d ever refer to a pest control company as “amazing” but today Rafael helped me with maintenance and then he was so kind to share helpful tips and education behind an annoying flying pest we’ve had. He only came for a mosquito treatment but he was knocking down nests in our garage which hadn’t been serviced yet. We finally requested they get in that space and I’m so glad Rafael was there to assist. He also told me that the company is just as great on the employee side and that speaks volumes why the workers treat customers so well! Thanks again Paragon for being so helpful! ——————————- Original review After talking to a larger chain competitor, calling Paragon was a breath of fresh air. They are locally owned, knowledgeable and very accessible. I originally called the competitor after business hours when I was off work and they sent me to an answering service. That representative couldn’t answer my questions or clarify if the service was $99 or $399. When I reached Paragon, they told me exactly what I needed, set up an appointment time and had a very reasonable cost. On appointment day, Raymond text me from his cell and showed up exactly when he estimated. He did the work and gave his best recommendations for our family dynamic (kids, dogs). Raymond was friendly and very professional. I’m so pleased doing business with Paragon so far and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Jose Flores did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything he was doing in detail. I really appreciated how he answered all my questions. Paragon Pest Control is by far the best out there. Their communication was on point. I had reached out to several other companies with no response. As soon as I found Paragon I had an email and appt set up in no time. Wish I would have found them sooner. Raymond our technician was amazing. Wearing shoe covers and being mindful when walking through the house. They always go out of their way to explain how they are treating the home and what to keep an eye out for. The customer service is top level. Always a quick response even if it's via text. The services are reasonably priced as well. Jose' was our tech and he's always very kind and thorough. I recently moved into a new neighborhood and, as a first-time homeowner, I always try to support local companies. That’s how I found Paragon Pest Control, and I couldn’t be happier that I did! I signed up for their quarterly service, and when I say they’ve gone above and beyond, it’s truly an understatement. Recently, I had an infestation of parasitic wasps in my bathroom (thankfully covered under my service plan), and the Paragon team jumped right into action. They came out multiple times, even returning to treat some outdoor nests that had started brewing. Our service technician, Dylan, deserves special recognition. While every technician I’ve met from Paragon has been fantastic, Dylan went way above and beyond. He was friendly, communicative, punctual, and genuinely cared about solving our problem. After treating the area, he even came back on his day off to help my husband remove the bathroom mirror so we could locate the source of the issue. Who does that these days?! This kind of dedication and customer care is rare, and it’s exactly why I’ll be sticking with Paragon for all my pest control needs. I highly recommend Paragon Pest Control. I appreciate their honesty and excellent service. I called on Nov 6, 2025 asking about wasp extermination since our renters informed me wasps were entering the house. The Paragon specialist confirmed what I told my renters that this time of year the wasps are looking to nest so they are confused. I appreciate her not trying to sell me their service as well as her honesty that I hired them to inspect and provide routine insect control. I called back and spoke with Terry Sabin later that afternoon and signed up for routine control. On the phone, he emailed me the agreement. He also provided me with the first morning appointment for the next day. What incredible service! This morning, I received an email from Rafael Flores, the technician of a detailed report of the areas he targeted inside the house as well as the exterior with the breakdown of the chemical used. What excellent service!!!

Raymond completed our second service and we are very pleased. His communication is excellent and he is prompt and thorough. We’ve been very satisfied with the effectiveness of the treatment as well. I had to move our appointment up two weeks and it was done with ease. We are thankful to have found Paragon. Kudos!! 👏👏
