    DO NOT USE. As many have stated, Armando is really good at taking the first call, setting up the traps, and taking your payment. However, he completely ghosts you after. We scheduled 3 follow up visits to complete the job and every call has gone to voicemail, which he ignores. It's extremely unprofessional. We had success with his business partner but Armando is a no-no. And now we're scrambling to find another company to pick up the pieces asap. It's an extremely disappointing level of services.

    Don’t not use this company, Armando claims he offers a 90 day guarantee and comes out the first time then refuses to answer your calls again. Terribly unprofessional

    They will flake and not show up for services under warranty once you pay for the initial service.

    We called a few places and could not get a hold of someone to come out especially around the evening time. We needed to figure out what was in our apartment. Luckily we came across this hidden gem. Not only was Armando responsive he was also very knowledgeable, everyone in our household was impressed. We thought we would be paying an arm and a leg for someone to come out last minute but their price was reasonable along with the treatment. Armando gave us tips and alternative routes on the after care. Thank you for taking the time to come out and help our family out especially at that time of night. We will definitely consider your business next time and will be referring our friends and family. The problem is gone, and as of now so are our uninvited guests(pigeons).

    Good service. They were quick, knowledgeable and effective. Update: They came out to fix a bedbug issue that a tenant inadvertently brought in to my place. They came out quick initially but after the tenants came back afterwards there was still an issue shortly afterwards and they provided a 90 day warranty. I called and Armando set up a time to come back out and deal with it but he did not show up and left the tenant hanging. After that it was extremely difficult for me to even reach him let alone for him to come back out. In the end I figured that this company will only do a reasonable job the first time and if the problem is not solved good luck trying to get them to resolve the issue. It’s sad because my initial impression was positive but in the end after paying around $700 and the lack of communication it really soured me on their service.

    As others have mentioned, it is extremely difficult to get this company to complete the job. They show up in the event of an emergency, bait and trap, and charge for expedited services. However, the follow-up is non existent. I have also heard the "dog contracted botulism" excuse and I understood, but there has been a string of unanswered calls and texts, about a months worth now, for this service to complete what they have started. I just calculated that I have spent 1,440 on this company in the last 3 months, and I am still experiencing problems with rodents in my unit. Armando is a nice, friendly person, but is a bit too disorganized to be a reliable partner in pest control moving forward.

    As everyone else mentioned before, Armando is very unprofessional. We hired him multiple times (we had many pests in our home), and he always came back... until he didn't. We called him for a follow-up 2 weeks ago, and he has been ignoring our calls and messages. We waited for him to come all day, and never showed up. Now we are actively looking for a new exterminator that will actually be consistent with his communication and will show up. Avoid him at all cost.

    In the beginning Armando was very nice, did his job and helped us with our bed bug infestation. We scheduled for our 2nd appointment and he didn't come, the next day I call him he said he had an emergency, so I understood and asked if he can come friday or monday. Now he is not responding at all not answering my calls or answering my messages. This is very disappointing and frustrating as it has caused my mom and I stress. We are finding more bed bugs and are scared that we will not kill all these bed bugs and Armando has still not showed up to do the second spray. I am very upset, we paid full price the first day which was $400 and i regret it now. I recommend you not to call this guy because he will not get the job done. If half of my money isn't returned, I will be reporting this to the police because this is a scam, a waste of time and ridiculously stressful.
