Trevor was a breath of fresh air. I’ve been dealing with “voles”that have completely taken over my front and back lawn. He was very professional. He’s very knowledgeable. He reassured me. He placed the traps and I felt like for the first time I could stop talking and thinking about “voles”. I’m excited for this journey of getting my lawn back to its beauty. I’m so glad that I did my research and found Pest Control Consultants. I am satisfied with the service thus far.

Jermaine was very thorough and answered all my questions. He sprayed and put bait where the ants were in our pantry and resprayed outside where he found hornets nests. He even took the time to show me where the hornets were. Great customer service!

Met Ryan YESTERDAY and got our service today from Trevor. Summer weather is starting and living in a farm house, the ants, bees, wasps, Asian beetles, etc, were getting out of hand. It’s a decent price for the quality of the service and frequency. Trevor spoke to my husband and then I met him and he covered our entire property inside and out and then answered any and all of the questions we had. Very quick, right on time, super nice and very professional. I gotta say, it’s only been 6 hours and I’ve already seen a difference. And for that I am GRATEFUL! I look forward to receiving their services and staying pest free! 10/10.

I have had the experience with other that I did not trust about their work . When Trevor came and presented how he was going to do the work, he boosted my confidence that it would do the job , well. To my satisfaction, just by the example he demonstrated on how the product is applied. I feared that it would be all over the brand new carpet. He putt me at ease by his demonstration and professionalism. I was convinced that I could let him do the interior of the house with trust that he would do a good and protect our property . I did not doubt that the product was not safe and that it would do the job as he said. He was amassing!! Leopoldo and Kimberly were pleased with Trevor ‘s work!. Colton called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Very nice to know when to expect the technician so I am prepared. He introduced himself, was polite, courteous. He asked how things had gone since the last treatment. He explained everything he did on his visit yesterday and was back to address the mice issue. He assured me the company uses devices/bait that are safe since I now have a young dog. He then installed the traps. He encouraged me to contact the company should I have any issues or questions. His customer service approach was beyond expectations. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Trevor did excellent work at our place. I asked him several questions about the pesticides he was using and he gave me all the answers he needed. I was very appreciative that he cleaned up our outside areas by removing spider webs and such.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Pest Control Consultants from my set up service with Blake to my initial service with Sterling. Everyone I have had the pleasure of communicating with has been very informative and professional. Sterling showed up on time walked me through his process and was fast and efficient with his work.

Jermaine was fine. However when you know the job will require climbing a ladder you might want to send a technician that doesn’t have a fear of heights. When I talked to Kevin he mentioned the bait they use will drive the rodents out of the house. This is not the bait Jermaine used. He did however retrieve our flashlight.

Sterling was prompt, providing service on short notice, fitting us into his busy schedule. He was very professional and considerate, taking his shoes off when entering the house!
