It’s a family run business that provides great customer service. Let’s be fair, there are some things that large corporations can offer that smaller family run businesses can’t but what can family operated companies offer? Sincere customer service, better prices, smaller more trained employees and service that goes beyond corporate limitations. They could have easily made more money but he explained things I inquired about that was not necessary. I think supporting local family run businesses are important so when you find one that’s great then you should spread the word.

Stephen came to our house to provide service for our quarterly appointment and was very thorough, courteous, and professional. He walked us through the services he would be performing, told us about all their offerings, and then got to work inside and out inspecting and treating our property. I was very happy with the service!

They are the best! We have used them for almost 4 years now and have always had a great experience with them. I called them last week to see if they could come do a service call and they were able to put me on the schedule within a few days and did my exterior treatment at the same time. Cord was so nice and knowledgeable about the issues we were having- bonus points that he likes dogs and the barking didn’t bother him! The whole company is efficient, polite and very accommodating. We have used PCS&S since 2018. It's not inexpensive but service is quick and efficient. Recently they changed the way clients are charged. It's now monthly rather than yearly. It makes it easier to budget. Our last appointment was with Stephen A. He was thorough, professional, and efficient. I know from past experiences that if anissue arises, they will address it ASAP. Every one of their service techs is very thorough when treating my house and yard. Today Stephen was here and did a great job. He searched and treated for wasps when we told him we’d seen them around the front door area.

Mr. Jones was excellent. His friendly demeanor and professional manner and attitude made for an outstanding interaction. As I watched him move about my yard it was obvious he was attentive to all areas. One of my neighbors also observed his work and commented on his work and asked for one of his business cards.

Wayne has been treating our lawn and shrubs for a few months now and the entire experience with Wayne and Pest Control Solutions has been wonderful.
