Blake is great! Used another service earlier. Poor job and little communication from them. But Blake caught 7 raccoons and 1 opossum in about a week. He uses rechargeable motion detection cameras so he always sees what’s happening. When they’re trapped, he sees it and comes promptly to remove the animals, reset and rebait the traps. Highly recommended!

When you have pests running around in your attic, you want the best and you want them now. I called Blake at Pest Ninjas and he came right over. In March of 2024 we met Blake while he was working as an employee for our pest control provider. We were exploring preventative options for termites. His evaluation of our risk, options, and best path were honest, thorough, and practical. He spent ~1hr canvassing our ~1/4 acre property, literally turning over stones, digging through mulch, and surveying other wooden structures on the property like fences to provide an informed recommendation. He then explained his assessment, but more importantly the "why" behind it - outlining the common insects in the area, their behaviors/preferences, the chemicals and methods involved in effectively treating, and the risks/concerns we should think about prioritizing and those that were less important. Fast forward and Blake has now started his own company that we used for dead animal removal and that also provides pest control and other services. He is obviously passionate about his craft, deeply understands it, and has great communication. Helped us remove on squirrels that had nest up in our attic. He came out twice and the problem was solved. Also assisted in some rat traps as well. Very fair price.
