We recently moved into a home with a large pigeon issue, from nests to babies to poop all over our back yard. The poop in our yard was the biggest concern for our kids and pets. The owner, Gilberto, came out quickly to provide a comprehensive quote with additional action plan steps if there was a need to add additional work. We were quickly scheduled and had our initial services installed. The install team was early and communicated every step of the way with us. Once we realized we needed additional work, not included on the original follow up plan, they quickly came back out and gave us a great deal on the follow up work, completing that the same day as the follow-up quote. From Heather in the office, to Gilberto, to the install team, the service was fantastic all the way around and we are noticing an immediate improvement! When the crew came for the estimate they explained clearly what they would be doing and worked very quickly. A thorough description was emailed to explain the work needed and the exact cost. For some reason my wife's review was removed publicly after the company responded they had no record of her doing business with them and she attached photos of her receipt. very badly wanted to leave a good review because the guy that helped us out was great. But 30 days after the installation of wire around our solar panels, that costed us $1200 I had to call him back. The pigeon issue never stopped. I went on my 2 story house myself and looked what was going on, took photos. My solar panels are completely covered in pigeon feces, had multiple nests with eggs, and the wires made it easier for them to create more nests. The gentleman that originally did my work said he would be out and put spikes up for me. He never came. I never received a call back. Tried getting a hold of them multiple times a week with no prevail. I finally gave up and now have to find someone else to come out and hopefully fix this issue. This was back in May. I really tried to hold out and see if the issues would get fixed and it never did. The only good review I can give is the wire has held up. But didn't help the pigeon problem. So if you're looking to get wire around your solar panels, but keep your pigeons this is the way to go. And before you respond to this review stating you have no record of doing business with us, she emailed your company already with photos of our receipy proving we did business with you. UPDATE: After my review the office was in contact with my wife and explained what happened with a former employee and set up an appointment for a bio hazard clean up. The gentlemen that came did an amazing job. It looked like a brand new roof. Their customer service was extraordinary. Definitely corrected the previous issue and went above and beyond. Thank you again for correcting the issue. Definitely a completely satisfied customer, this time around. We appreciate you guys and Definitely the two gentlemen that came out.

The pigeon problem at my home was not only a nuisance, it was utterly disgusting. How embarrassing to have guests come to the home and know they are forced to walk around pigeon poop. YUCK!!
