The technician Coda was great! Very professional and kept at it to make sure racoon and babies were out of the attic. Disinfected and pulled out soiled insulation. Definitely would hire them again!

I’m incredibly impressed with Precision Predator Removal! They did a great job, and their technicians were professional, highly competent, courteous, and dependable. Their responsiveness was a major highlight. Whenever I had a concern, a technician was on-site quickly to resolve it. I especially valued the clear communication; each of the four technicians would text before arriving, and they provided direct phone numbers for any questions or issues. This level of service made a real difference. I highly recommend Precision Predator Removal for their excellent work and customer care!

Precision did an excellent job of removing the wildlife that had made its home in our house. The company addressed all the points of entry and trapped a number of squirrels and snakes that were causing havoc in and around our house. Our technician, Greg Black, did an excellent job. He was very thorough in his work and kept me appraised of his progress, along with any problems he found along the way. All-in-all I am very pleased with the outcome and believe Precision will stand behind its work should any issues of pest control resurface in the future. Great job!

Precision Pest and Wildlife Removal did a great job for us. Our work was extensive from Helene storm. Professional, did the work quickly, cleaned up and asked if we were pleased. We enjoyed working with them. I would recommend them. Tina Royster

Welp, this is a weird one. Paid a down payment for a service to remove bats "in the next 2 weeks." And no one showed so I called back and was told "in the next 2 weeks due to weather." And no one showed. 1 week later my pest either died or moved out so I called to cancel service and ask for a deposit refund since it had been a month and week since originating and it took them so long to show up the animal moved out. Well they don't want to refund my deposit. I've spoken to their office guy who is nice and all but he has to get authorization from the owners. 3 calls and an extra week later no refund for a non service. They offered to lower the cost of the service but I don't trust them at this point. Edit 1: I haven't had time to reach back out to the owner, exactly like it took them a month to reach out to me. But I wanted to point out that their contract states the buyer must pay within 30days or they will be sent to collections. However, they can just not come do work for 37 days and it's not a problem? Seems sketchy. Also, their entire lack of communication and me having to call and ask over and over if they were going to come do work is crazy! Lastly, owner stated there were 20 days of rain in June this year. That is an absolute lie. There were 4 days of rain in June this year. I checked the weather via the GSP airport weather station. In July there were a ton but in June? No. 4 days. This company is completely untrustworthy.

Precision Pest was great and very easy to work with. Koda was very thorough in the trapping and ensured there weren’t anymore signs of animals before sealing. The sealing work he did was also great!

We had a wonderful experience with Precision Pest and Wildlife for bat removal. The owners, Jody and Stephanie, are amazing—friendly, responsive, and truly care about their customers. The technicians we worked with, Greg and Koda, were professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They explained the process clearly, handled everything with care, and made us feel confident our bat issue was being addressed the right way. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Precision Pest and Wildlife to anyone in need of pest or wildlife removal.
