Bill's customer service was impeccable!!! You don't get that too often in the world we live in. He quoted a price a couple of weeks ago and stood by it today. Dean, was the most amazing person to represent Presidio. His professionalism, his attention to detail and explanation of everything he did was amazing. I would recommend Presidio to anyone. Reasonable and affordable prices. I contacted 4 companies and Presidio is the BEST!!!

Billy was great. Left things better than he found them. Very respectful of our home and things. When we got back home at the time they said we could come back it was too hot to be in the house. I had to open windows and ceiling exhaust fans and turn in the ac and it was two hours at least before you could stand to be in the house. When they say they’re going to heat the house up to 135° they are not kidding but it did the trick. I’m not complaining. It’s wonderful thank you very much. Scott came yesterday 7/2 for our follow up visit and he was great. Very thorough and explained what he was doing and what we should do going forward.

The entire experience with Presidio was impeccable. My initial call went to voicemail during peak call times and though I did not leave a message, Bill returned my call and answered all of my questions. Bill was both professional and knowledgeable: answering my questions and putting my concerns at ease, and scheduling my service for a time the suited me. Turn around time for services was very quick (being early in the season helped). Jason came to my property this afternoon and was everything you could hope for in a service specialist. Knowledgeable, unfazed by the bees flying around my property, and understanding of my concerns with products being in the vicinity of my two dogs. He provided information on how to best keep my dogs safe as the products dried, and was both quick and thorough with his treatment. Prices for services were extremely fair, and I can guarantee Presidio will by my one and only call next time.

I’m so late on giving a review but this company was sent out by my property management company I believe in like May or June I had a small issue with small mice getting into my ranch home. They came once and put down some things and I never saw them again it’s September and it’s been amazing since the man made me feel comfortable as I was home alone and even came to follow up on his work! I would definitely recommend them!

Used Orkin for years but they raise rates and over charge. Tried Presidio, a local company, and am very happy with it so far. They advised they don’t do monthly charges or contracts to make money like the nationals. You just call them when needed, no wasted money. Kane was very knowledgeable, on time and took the time to answer our questions. Good guys.

Bill & his team are efficient, reliable and informative in this day an age that is greatly appreciated. The Tech came out did a thorough check in quite a few places and on his second appt. was informative of all his finding. I'll be using them again and again for any extermination needs. Thank you!

Presidio Pest Management was amazing. I had a wasps nest in the exterior wall of the house and just wasp spray wasn’t enough to kill the nest since it only kills by direct contact. It was overwhelming to pick a company as there are so many, but Presidio had consistent great reviews. From my first call through the treatment, they have been very professional and helpful! I would use them again!

Dean was the best!!! My experience with Bill was an indication of the quality of employees that are at Presidio. Dean came within the hour of me speaking with Bill. I had wasps and hornets. The wasps invaded my bedroom and Dean took care of everything! Very affordable. EXCELLENT service at its BEST!

Billy was our first contact with Presidio Pest Managent, was so informative and helpful in making our decision to use their company. Bobby W. was excellent in ridding our home of bed bugs, we could not be happier. Very professional and courteous.

We moved into a new condo recently and noticed a lot of spiders… so I read reviews and decided to call Presidio. Bill was very informative on the phone, and was able to schedule us quickly. Jason Dean did an amazing job covering all bases to get rid of all the creepy crawlers. Will definitely use them in the future!

Kane did a thorough job spraying for insects, spiders etc for the fall. I just signed up with Presidio and have been pleased with their level of communication and attention to detail. It was important to me to use a family owned business. That is why I chose Presidio. I look forward to contacting them in the spring for our next spray.

Great experience, Bill and Bobby were super nice and very knowledgeable. Bill and Bobby went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and left my home in better condition than it was. Bobby was phenomenal at taking care of the house as it were his own. From beginning to end they were absolutely fantastic, 10/10 would recommend this company to everyone for all pest needs. I’ve never had bedbugs before I keep my home so clean and for me to get bedbugs it was such an experience, but this company sent a really nice guy out and he was very caring about my concerns. He took very good care of my my things my furniture I have trust issues Because I’ve been let down so many times by people that say they gonna do a certain job. But he did an excellent job and even when I had concerns that came back, I am very pleased. I would recommend this company for seniors like me.

Went the extra distance to come out on day I called. Much appreciated. Scott was thorough in his assessment and setting traps. Explained what he was doing. Offered two options for service. This is the second time I have used this company and would recommend to others.

While I haven’t used this company for a specific service, I called a few days ago with quite a few questions and concerns about my home. I spoke with Bill and he gave me some assurance and advice and told me that he didn’t think we needed an inspection just yet. I was really impressed with the honesty and kindness and transparency I was met with and if I end up needing a service, I will absolutely come here.
