Pro care has been great! Their prices are the best that I’ve come across in the service is as well. Anytime we had a scheduling conflict. They’ve been very accommodating and insured that our needs were met. I would recommend them to anyone!

To: ProCare To Whom it May Concern, This is to formally notify you that your company and technician are now subjects of an active case filed with the Covington Police Department under O.C.G.A. § 16-7-21 (Criminal Trespass). On Friday, July 18, 2025, your technician came onto my property, without permission, remained after being asked to leave, and unlawfully removed bait trays. This action resulted in significant property damage, including gaping holes and destruction of my landscaping. Your company’s actions are now subject to both criminal and civil liability. I am preparing to pursue legal action for the damages caused unless the matter is corrected immediately. You have until Tuesday, July 21, 2025, and of this notice to respond and make arrangements to fully restore my landscaping and property to its original condition. Failure to do so will result in the immediate filing of a civil and criminal lawsuit in Newton County. This matter has been officially reported to the proper authorities and is now part of an ongoing case and investigation. A detective has been assigned and will be in touch. John and Jennifer do not contact me again unless responding to my email chain because I have no desire to speak to such a horrible company with unprofessional and irresponsible leadership as yours. You have also been reported to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency is being informed. You cannot simply destroy someone's yard/landscape and property without any accountability. Pro Care has done a fantastic job for us. They're always prompt, professional, and inquire about any special needs while on their service. They just visited, and I sincerely and unprompted said to the technician, "We're always happy to see you." Bottom line, they're great, and I highly recommend them.
