Jacob with Proforce came out today on time, as scheduled. He let me know when he arrived and his tasks for his visit. He spent a good amount of time performing his duties and everything appears to have been done as he intended. Jayson was awesome. Sought input from us where the problem locations are in our house and acted immediately. He was professional and respectful throughout the service. I would like Jayson to be our consistent service tech if that's possible.

Signed up for ProForce on Thursday. Sales person was straight forward on what they offer and what they could do for me. He made an appointment for us the very next day. Jacob was our service tech. WOW, a bright young lad that listened with interest what our home inside and out needs were. He then explained with detail on how there system of past control works and how he can help us with our insect needs. All the while not rushing the process he diligently went about his work with the utmost cleanliness respecting our home like his own. After his service was completed he again explained how there program works and if we ever needed service in between our scheduled services please give him a call and they would come right out pronto. Now after meeting Jacob for the first time and being in management my whole career I can attest this young man is going to rise up through the ranks very quickly. His attitude, customer service as well as his dedication puts him well above his peers in any field he chooses to work for. So ProForce take note of this young man for they are too hard to find in this working world! Thanks again for a job well done and we look forward to our next visit with Jacob!

ProForce does a great job listening to customers concerns and sharing their professional opinions on what customers can do even if bugs creep into things like laptops. They will even send you pictures of the areas treated with notes. If you need extra treatments, just call and they’ll send someone out. I’m pleased with my service so far!

Ever since ProForce Pest Control took over the company I was using, everything has been easier and the company’s customer service has been so much better than the prior company. Today our tech Steven V. came out. We discussed the three bus I saw in the house, and he checked our doors for any tiny point of entry, explained what he would do to mitigate the issue, and then treated the entire exterior thoroughly. He was prompt, courteous, gave a call with an ETA prior to arrival, and was so respectful and professional.

I have been very pleased with ProForce from start to current service today. My initial call with James was a pleasant experience with his courteous service and listening to my concerns. Less than 24 hrs later, Robert T. arrived in a professional manner, servicing my home with sincere care inside and outside and attention to details. Robert explained expectations of today's service and offered helpful suggestions going forward. I am confident that I will have a long term relationship with ProForce and give kudos to Robert for restoring my faith in working with contactors.

Marcus was awesome!!! He's detail- oriented and so proud of his work.... I am recovering from surgery so I didn't hear his notification about getting to my house. We joked a bit about it but he quickly told me lovingly to go back to laying down so I can continue my recovery. But, before that, he briefly interrogated me about my particular pest control situation.... This is why I know he is so detail- oriented and very proud of his work. I recommend ProForce to anyone looking for pest control!!!

DeLand is mossy and kind of swamp fish feel to it especially when it rains we live near a drainage pond which is probably the biggest problem when it comes to any type of rodent or mosquito or anything like that that you treat. All of your inspectors for employees who have been here have been extremely good and explain when asked about anything that I asked about. They are on time and very courteous and mannerly . They always call after they're finished and let me know what they have done and always get a hold of me before they come to treat I definitely appreciate them and their work conduct. Thank you pro Force for having this clientele as employees. I am not sure of all the things that they do to list but I've checked off a few that I know that have been done Plus more Matthew was here in November 2025 and is well skilled at his job Thank you Matthew

Myke was very respectful I had some questions and he was very knowledgeable and adequate about everything, I asked him. He seemed very intuitive with his job and knew what he was doing. We appreciate his service very much and we are very grateful and thankful! More than anything, his communication was very respectful and Kind and that is what matters a lot in the world today!

I have just the outdoor monthly package and haven't had ANY ground insects in my home all year long. Proforce is legitimately excellent in their service. Communicative techs (who actually text like real ppl), they have all the best control chems at their disposal, and WARRANTED service --- It rains like hell the same day of spray bc Florida? Let them know and they'll lay another treatment to make SURE your property is good. The chems even happened to paralyze a poisonous snake in my back yard that would have been a threat to my dogs. Contract transparency is direct, and they don't hesitate to address special instructions for known problem areas. I'm a house renter and def not someone who really needs another premium subscription service in this economy (y'all know what I mean) but I'm incredibly happy with the results and its well worth it. Customer service is EXCELLENT. And they facilitate TIPS on the service techs which gets my respect.
