I cannot reccomend this company enough! Sandy at the front desk is pleasant and knowledgeable and had me scheduled quickly. Michael came out to my home and I cannot speak any more highly of him. He was kind, compassionate and knowledable on many subjects. If your wondering where to go for any pest problems look no further this is the company!

This is the second time I've called Prudential (for a different issue) and they're still a professional, reliable company to use. This time took care of a yellowjacket nest inside my walls and soffit. I appreciate their fast service and knowledge to handle any pest problem. I keep their number in my cell now.

Prudential Pest Management is a top-notch pest and insect control and wildlife removal service. It is a locally owned and family operated company. Gary is the owner and is confident, reliable and professional. Sandy is a pleasure to speak with regarding my services and needs. Their services are reasonably priced. They come on time when they say they will and address my issues. They eradicated carpenter bees 🐝 from my deck. They have set traps as you can see I’ve already caught a bunny 🐰 and in a few days they are coming to seal the roof 🏠 to help eradicate bats 🦇 . We heard scratching in our ceiling and it turns out it was bats. Prudential Pest investigated the roof, showed me the evidence and is going to seal off all the entry points for the bats 🦇 and add two bat doors 🚪 for them to escape. Once they have exited, they cannot get back inside your home. A few weeks later, they remove the remaining doors and seal them up and voila, no more bats 🦇 in your belfry. I have utilized their services for years and have referred other friends to them as well who have been extremely happy. If you have pest or wildlife needs, try Prudential Pest Management. They spray for bees at our subdivision every year and they do a wonderful and professional job. They stand behind their service and are affordable. I would highly recommend them.

My family and I approve Prudential Pest. I am truly amazed at how fast the service turn around was. We called and they came out within 7 days. The operator was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The cost was the going rate in our area. Will definitely use again if needed.

Knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention they took care of our pest issue on the first treatment! It's been months since we were treated and zero issues. The lady that answers the phones is also so kind and ready to answer any questions you have! If we ever need an exterminator again in the future this is the first place I'll be calling. Their prices are also great for a place that actually takes care of your problem.

I trapped a skunk in a live trap and didnt want to kill it or get sprayed. I called several companies who said "if its not our trap we wont come out". Thankfully, I found this company on the internet, they came out same day and took care of it for a reasonable cost. I sell Real Estate and this is my new go to company for me and my clients!! HANDS DOWN, THE BEST! My brother and myself are both single parents of teenage girls and we all share a home. Unexpectedly, my brother had 4 minor strokes & a massive one, causing permanent cognitive brain damage. Unbeknownst to me, after his strokes, he somehow brought bed bugs home with him. He likes to mostly keep to himself, and especially doesn't like people in his room. I didn't know there was a problem until his bedroom was completely infested and they had started spreading to other parts of the house. I felt like a failure, I was mortified and embarrassed! When I finally started making calls, the quotes I was getting were mind blowing. We are talking some prices in the thousands of dollars, some without any guarantees, but a DISCOUNT if they have to come back. We can't AFFORD TO GIVE AWAY MONEY WITH NO GUARANTEES! FINALLY, someone gave me the name "Prudential Pest Management". Looking up their number and calling was the best thing I ever did! The first person I spoke to was Sandy. She was so calming and understanding, ABSOLUTELY NO JUDGEMENT WHATSOEVER!!! It was like talking to a therapist after a traumatic event! She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the whole process, what to expect and even answer the silliest of questions. Sandy puts you at ease and gives you hope that there is an end in sight. A light at the end of aONG TUNNEL! I know seeing the $200+ for a pest removal service seems like a lot, my invoice total was actually $698. However, that is a fraction of the cost at most other places. In fact, IT WAS THE BEST RATE I FOUND! I know somethings are too good to be true and sometimes you get what you pay for. Meaning, if you pay a low price, then you receive low quality. That is not true at all with Prudential Pest Management! My service date was August 15, 2024. I believe the owner of the company provided my service himself. I was a mess explaining to him how hard it was to keep it together being low income and coming up with the money for treatment, trying to care for my brother, 2 teenage girls, a bed bug infestation, a flea infestation that was making one of my cats extremely sick...I didn't know how much more I could handle. He calmed me down and explained the whole process and why they used that particular process today. He then went above and beyond and added a flea treatment to the treatment he was using for the bed bugs. He said he couldn't guarantee his work where the fleas were concerned, but he didn't charge me for the service either. He did educate me on how to keep them under control in the future though! They guaranteed their work for 3 months and 20 days, I'll let them explain the seemingly weird guarantee time frame. If a live bug, even one, is seen within that time frame, then they will treat again for free. Unfortunately, I did happen to see ONE alive. I called and reported it and explained that it was only one, but they still came out and treated again at their own expense. The follow up service was provided on September 24, 2024. I am happy, no, BEYOND ECSTATIC AND GRATEFUL to report that we have been BED BUG FREE SINCE! I am just now completing a review for this TOP NOTCH company because I failed to do so when I should have. I received a text that reminded me how wonderful they are. Prudential Pest Management sent me a text on the year anniversary of the last service date. They just wanted to make sure we were still pest free, since we hadn't spoke in a while. They are the absolute best. I can't say enough positive things about them! I am so sorry it took me this long to complete and post a review for you! Please know that even though I didn't post one, I give a word of mouth review and recommend PRUDENTIAL PEST MANAGEMENT TO EVERYONE NEEDING THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE! ONCE AGAIN, THANK YOU!
