I called him and he told me he wouldn't be able to come out for a few weeks but offered to hear my concerns. After talking with him I have a better idea of how to handle the situation and save myself some money. If you want an honest business this is your company. Thanks again!

Erik serviced our business for years. We hired him after a fire in the neighborhood left rats homeless, and they decided to move into our old building. He did a great job at assessing our needs and coming up with a plan of action. He also tended to service us at off hours which we appreciated. After we hired Erik we had zero issues. Needing to find a pest control expert in a pinch isn't fun, but we recommend him highly and with zero hesitation. He'll always be our first call should the need arise in the future.

Erik recently came to our home to do an inspection of the property and offer solutions for a rat problem in the yard. He spent two hours with me, listening to my concerns, offering options, solutions, advice and specifics on how I might be able to control our problem with preventative measures rather than traditional bait stations or traps. We have a bit of a wildlife sanctuary here, so it was important to me to weigh all of the options and cause the least harm to the environment. He was very kind, very knowledgeable and extremely generous with his time. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Erik and team were really great at servicing our property. They are patient in explaining the services, answering doubts/questions about treatment options and most importantly, effective. We saw a dramatic reduction in rodent activity on our property. They are on time and professional to deal with it.

Hello Erik, You came to inspect our house about a month ago and you gave us lots of good recommendations. We are very grateful for your time and efforts. One of the things you suggested to us was to put some peanuts in each of the two crawl spaces in our attic as a way to monitor for any rat activity. That was a great idea! We did as you suggested and I'm happy to say that after checking the spaces each week for the past four weeks all the of nuts remain! We will now begin checking once a month and hopefully we have the same luck going forward. We did hear the chewing sound one more time since you were here coming from the same area that had prompted our call to you in the first place, but we are trusting that it is not coming from inside the house given that the peanuts have not been eaten.
