We’ve been Peachtree customers for six years. From the sweet gals in the office (Shannon and Callie) to the technicians that come out to our home, we couldn’t be more pleased. We had a new technician this month, Aaron, who was absolutely the best. He was thorough, polite, had impeccable customer service skills and took the time to familiarize himself with our property since he had never been here before. He’s a wonderful addition to the PC family! We love Peachtree Pest control!

I just had my property sprayed this week by Aaron and he was phenomenal!! He was polite, friendly, professional, and thorough! I felt very catered to by Peachtree as I had only submitted a request the night before (very late) and had an email waiting in my inbox the next morning AND received a phone call shortly after. They were attentive to my problem and concerns. They are also the company that I purchased my termite bond through!! Simply put, they're rock stars. Thanks Peachtree team!!

I recently used Peachtree Pest Control for 2 termite remediation projects at my second home in a private community in the Savannah, GA area. Since my primary residence is over 700 miles away it was critical for me to have a firm that was extremely responsive and competent to manage the entire process while I was not on site. They assessed the situation, arranged for a very qualified contractor to remediate the damage, used state of the art technology to confirm there was no further activity and developed a customized inspection program, especially for Formosan termites which were the culprits in the second infestation, all at a fair and reasonable cost. I could not be more please with the firm and would highly recommend them.

Terrible. They were great when I started using them about a year ago, but they’ve completely declined recently. They stopped calling to set up service, the same tech lied about coming 3 times, customer service associates seem uninterested in helping you, and when I finally spoke to the manager about this saga he said he would call back on a certain day, but never did. I ended up calling them for the 6th time to get something resolved and spoke to the manager again about my feelings of distrust that anybody in the company would do what they said they would do. He was very argumentative, arrogant, and dismissive. Nobody had any sense of urgency to help me resolve a simple problem. I’m certain I did more work than they did to get my issue resolved. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business.

USE THESE GUYS! Moved into new apt w/brand new furniture. Saw bug day 2. Cali and team were here in one day. They were beyond professional and had a bedside manner that would put any medical professional to shame. I was an hysterical mess. Anyhow, they came in, did a fantastic job, reassuring me the whole time that my very few visible bugs weren't nothin'. God bless em. Thank you again guys, my apt is clean, my mind is at ease!
