Seth was so professional and knowledgable. He explained what they service so well. I also appreciate the automated text to let me know that someone was coming soon. I would recommend PureGuard based off the customer service alone but the pest control and care is also amazing!

Dillon did a great job. My only concern is when the sales guy came to our house I made it clear I wasn't interested in being on contract his relpy as my husband was on the phone to hear was that we wouldn't be on contract. I told him I like to just pay as service is rendered. We had one service done and we paid. I put the next visit on hold as life's little hiccups happen. Next thing I got an email now stating a $200 balance with no services rendered. I'm now told that we are on contract. So now I'm dealing with this. The young man that came out was kind and very good at pitching horse 💩. No issue with the work done. Major issue with the game and dishonesty.

Dylan did great job. He was very friendly & respectful. We t right to work. Did everything they said was going to be done to my property. Answered several questions that I had during his visit. So far very happy with Pure Guard & Dyan.

Pure Guard is the best in there service and helping customers and the staff is so friendly and respectful I give them 10 stars and Jordan is a great guy to as well making good decisions on bug control and me filling safe as a customer Pure Guard thank u team

After being a loyal customer for over a year, I have been relentlessly trying to cancel with 'PureGuard Pest Solutions' for over 4 months now. They were very responsive when it came to scheduling, but ever since I’ve addressed the issues, my valid concerns have been continuously dismissed, ignored, and penalized with fees I should have never endured. Hands down the worst business model I have personally ever witnessed. The only reason I signed up was because the sales guy told me they could get rid of the cicadas. When I called to follow up after the first service, they told me it was not possible and wasn’t sure why he would say that. He also told me that he was signing me up for the basic most affordable option - where they come every other month - and that this would take care of the cicadas. None of which was true, except the part where they only come every other month. He signed me up for the deluxe service while telling me it was the basic most affordable option. The only reason I agreed was because he lied about cicadas. I had every right to void this contract since it was based on fraudulent misrepresentation. However, I figured at least I have pest control so I stuck through the year long contract. Although I should have left at the first sign of dishonesty. After 13 months of fulfillment on my end, my first attempt to cancel was over the phone. I later confirmed everything I had told the sales lady via e-mail. I had fulfilled my end of the service agreement. They didn’t acknowledge me leaving until after adding more charges to my account, for services that I never received. They let me know they would be adding late fees, in addition to adding my initial discount, as a fee, even though I left the 12 month contract after complete fulfillment on my end for a consecutive 14 months. I am about 5 months past my contract and still trying to get out of it. I have registered with the do not call list and have informed them of that, which they seem to have zero regard for. I have spent over $1k with this company that seems to be more of a pest than the actual pests that they can't get rid of. Horrible value, save yourself the headache, time, and money. My contract was over in May. I told them I was leaving in June over the phone. I officially canceled via email in July, prior to them adding the additional fees. It is now September. October is only a few days away. It’s been month after month after month of this headache. I uploaded all of my e-mails, text messages, and phone records to pure guard, that were continuously ignored, to my customer portal.

Just signed up with Pure Guard had Dylan as a tech and he was fantastic! Hope to have him back at my next service. Today I got David and he was outstanding just like Dylan very respectful that everything I asked him to do and look for very good and I've seen hardly any thing in my house since I started service with them.

I had Jordan Dorsey from PureGuard Pest Solutions out to the house last week or so, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He arrived right on the dot (10:29 am on 10/31—seriously, perfectly punctual!), which is always appreciated. What really stood out was how thorough and easygoing Jordan was. If you need pest control, Jordan's definitely the guy to call. Thanks for the quick, hassle-free service!

So far we are happy with PureGuard. Jordan arrived when scheduled and checked in with me before he started. Gave me a heads up on certain things and did a thorough job. Very friendly and professional.
