They have been to our home 3 times and are always extremely professional. They always ask for any issues we may have and explaining their treatment that they are doing. Highly recommend!!

Back in April 2025, I had termites & mites issue. Collin and his co-worker both came out quickly and did an excellent job after explaining thoroughly what will need to be done to contain those nasty bugs/insects! They did a great professional work and stopped the termites and mites issue quickly. I was very happy at that time and pleased with their job. These quarterly services and regular services.... Collin does a great job and very patience explaining to me any questions I have. He is willing to go far and beyond to help me with any questions. He is a very sweet young gentleman. I'm happy to know that he knows a little sign language since I am deaf!! Hopefully he will continue to practice to be able to communicate with more future deaf clients. He is a great worker!

I highly recommend this company. I recently purchased a property with a flee problem. Real Peat Control was competitively priced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Emily was fantastic!! She went out of her way to explain the process and her follow up was incredible throughout the process. She was great to work with!

They will try to over charge you. I already had to pay an extra $200 for them to service our house on a Saturday, which I was fine with. I agreed for them to seal entry points, place snap traps, install exterior bait stations. I was told the one month follow up would be included in the $425, with Quarterly servicing of stations at $89 if signed for quarterly(I didn’t). Turns out they ended up sending me another bill for $100 saying it was for the follow up. Office manager was extremely rude. Will not use their services again.
