His communication and attention to detail are exactly what you would want in a service related industry. He gets to business and is super friendly! Reynolds Pest Management does a fantastic job at a reasonable rate. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with their service. The technicians are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We have had service by them for over half a year and have no insect problems at all. We had used another service in the past and just wasn't happy with their results. Our neighbor uses Reynolds and he highly recommended them. I now highly recommend them also.

Filled out the form on the company website 2 days in a row requesting a callback and days later still nothing. Assume they are out of business. Called again today and got an answering service who said they would request a call back but didn't work before so don't have high expectations. Answering service never said if they were or were not in business still. Was just looking to get a an inspection for costs of service. Reviews say they are great but communication and calling potential customers back doesn't seem to be one of those things.
