Ridd Pest Control failed to provide the services I contracted them for. A key part of the agreement was the removal of all spider webs from our home during each visit. Despite reminding them every time, this task was consistently neglected. This specific service was a major selling point presented by their representative at the time of signup. Although they eventually offered a discounted rate, my concern was never about the money — it was about the lack of follow-through on their promised services. Additionally, their technicians routinely arrived hours late for scheduled appointments. Now, they are charging me a cancellation fee, despite not fulfilling the terms of our agreement. This fee is unjustified, as they did not deliver the services I paid for.

For some reason this review keeps disappearing…but here it is again. I would avoid this place. We signed up for service in April 2025. They came out “treated yard etc” still had problems with ants. Called a few weeks later to cancel. Told them still ants all over yard. Eves of house still had spider webs. They said oh we had you scheduled for follow up next week. We do all new customers this way. I said news to me. No one told me that. They showed up following week. Showed them areas with ants. They sent two techs out to treat. That was on 5-6-25. After they left noticed vehicles in driveway had bug granular all over tops on roof of them, hood and trunk as well. Not sure why they slung that on our cars. I ended up washing them to get off. That was unprofessional. Fast forward. A few weeks after treatment, we still have ants. The areas they “treated” guess what still ants. I was bitten in driveway by ants. There are still ant hills in yard in area treated. School is out and kids were playing on trampoline, that has net around it. Guess what bug treatment granular were coming out from under the pad on the trampoline. Not sure how or why it was full of these. It’s like they instead of spraying yard spray up in air all around and just let it fall wherever. I’ll be calling to cancel today. I’m sure they will say if we can come back out treat areas again for free. At this point the service gets” ridd” of nothing and id rather they didn’t come back to my home to coat my cars and kids trampoline with bug granular. They also charge you a cancellation fee, which is ridiculous for poor service. Guess that’s what these business do now. Lock you in to pay no matter how bad they are. My advice save your money go another route. In the end you’ll be happier you did.

I can’t speak highly enough about Sanchez! He was friendly, professional and consultative. He had the awareness to give me a call before ringing our doorbell as he noticed that we have a newborn and didn’t want to wake her. On top of that he made some recommendations that really made me feel good about having him service our property. If I could have him as our dedicated technician I would! Ridd has a great team member on their hands and are lucky to have such a professional on their team.

Sanchez killed it. Called me and let me know he was on the way. Asked my wife what services she wanted around the home. Performed them perfectly. Happy wife, happy life ! Keep up the great work. And hats off to working in this heat. I’m a licensed plumber and outside all day as well. Appreciate the grind

I had a great experience with the pest control service. The technician assigned to us, Sanchez, was excellent. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how he made sure we understood the process and what to expect afterward. He did a great job, and we feel much more comfortable in our home now. Highly recommend this service—especially if you get Sanchez!

Brian was very professional & through. He explained everything he was going to do. After completion he explained the follow up procedures. I was told what I should do to help with the problems. We have been so happy with Ridd Pest Control, especially with Aaron! Aaron is an amazing pest control technician! He was patient, kind, and very helpful. He and his team went above and beyond by cleaning up spider webs and treating the whole area so thoroughly. I really appreciated that he even had his partner come in and treat the inside of the house at the last minute (they were both so nice about it too). They treated my entire home inside and out, explained what they found, and shared helpful preventative measures for the future. Great service all around!

I got home from work and found the technician had left both my fence gates open to my backyard. This CAN NOT happen again. I'm so thankful I saw this before letting my dog out!

Brian was absolutely amazing! he answered any and all questions very thoroughly and explained everything he was doing and what to expect until his next visit. definitely would like for him to be the one who continues our services.
