Ben came right out within 30 minutes of contacting rock pest control. He did a home inspection. Told me my best option for treatment and how much it would cost. Ben was very friendly and very professional, he was great. Very excited to have this treatment done and get my house back from my unwanted guests!

Amazing! So easy to get scheduled and approved for financing. Able to schedule for 1 week out. Johnny was so quick in doing our treatment. I was worried about paying an arm and a leg but it was so reasonably priced! I will definitely be using Rock Pest for all my pest control needs in the future.

I’m SO happy with the technician named Trent, who came out today for our mouse problem! He was on time, incredibly friendly, and you can tell he really knows his stuff. He took the time to do a thorough inspection inside and out, found three active entry points I would’ve never spotted myself (two by the back patio and one at the garage), and set everything up perfectly: bait stations and traps inside the kitchen, garage, and basement, plus extra protection outside exactly where the mice are sneaking in. He even treated the whole perimeter of the house, all the eaves, and doorways to stop any new ones from coming in. He was super respectful of our home, explained every step, and left me feeling confident that this is finally going to be over. Already a huge weight off my shoulders! If you’re dealing with mice, ask for this guy — he’s awesome and the company is lucky to have him. Thank you!! 🐭🚪🔒

The gentleman named Ben that is the top notch inspector for bed bugs, fleas, any much much more! He is very gifted in this area of his expertise. I was so worried after looking on Google about fleas & eggs they lay & also bed bugs.... THANK GOD FOR BEN! He assured me that I do not have any tiny little annoying, fleas or bed bugs that can cause a human to get very ill! My Immune system is not @100% but we are working on it. So the boxes & matress etc. that were in storage since August 2024 and a few pieces of furniture I kept and sold the rest when I put my belongings in a climate inside controlled storage. Everything is fine 🙂 👍 I was totally prepared to throw everything in the trash & have them fumigate my place! Ben made me feel so comfortable with his knowledge of these little critters that can make someone like me go crazy! I was prepared to move even so I just moved in! Rock pest control are by far the best pest control in KC Metro, Johnson County area 🙌🏽 They did not charge me to come out and look at my place. This Rock Pest Control company even looked at my face where I thought a flee bit me & my ankles were itching and the upper backside of my arms. I was overwhelmed with the thought of a flee ot bedbugs or mold in my place I live & work!
