Today, we had the pleasure of being serviced by Mr. Greg. He was EXCEPTIONAL‼️‼️ All of the techs we’ve had since we’ve been with you guys have been great, yet Mr. Greg has a different type of warm spirit. His customer service and professionalism was superb, he notified us the day before and also the day of his arrival. If we could suggest he be our PERMANENT tech, that would be what we’d request to do. His service and mannerism, would truly be the reason to highly recommend this company for pest control. I’ve had them out a couple times, the first time wasn’t exceptional. Though the representative today was very knowledgeable and thorough, I surely appreciated his extra effort and explanation of the termite prevention systems and situation itself. I love to see employees that care about the topic at hand and take the appropriate time to do things correctly and with expertise. Promote ahead of peers

The young man was extremely courteous and professional. He explained everything that he was doing, even the reason for the traps inside and outside. When he finished, he walked me around the house to see if I had any questions. The job he did in replacing the crawl space door was superb. I highly recommend this company.

She was a sweet lady overall and I really enjoyed talking to her and speaking to her doing my experience with rocket pest control i tried giving Ms Carmelita five stars but I don’t know what happen she really really deserves 10 ten stars AWESOME

This was my first appointment with Rocket. I was impressed. Prior to arrival the service man phoned to say he was on his way. He arrived on time, very pleasant & performed the service. I will recommend the company to others.

-Unreliable service and consistently poor communication- We are writing this review after multiple disappointing experiences with this pest control company. Their service has been consistently inconsistent, marked by poor communication and unreliability. We will not be using their services again, nor can we recommend them. Despite having an ongoing ant issue, the service has failed to resolve the problem. They were dispatched again to address the recurring ants, but the problem persisted. A new appointment was scheduled for today, and yet again, they were a no-call, no-show. Our attempts to get a resolution through management were also ignored. We specifically requested a manager to contact us two weeks ago and never received a call back. This is a business that fails to deliver on its promises. The lack of reliable service and a total breakdown in communication is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and hire a company that is committed to professional standards.

Great customer service, Nick was a excellent & exceptional exterminator, he really knows his stuff in this business field, will definitely hire him again, and i would recommend him to all as well. Plus as a bonus he is very personable & a comedian too. Choose this guy for all you pest control needs!!!!

The technician that came out was super easy going and made sure he did the whole house. We were in the middle of moving in and he helped us get something big off of the Uhaul, very great customer service

Terrible Service! Terrible Communication! We had Home Pest Control for years with excellent service. Rocket bought out Home Pest Control. They inspected our home in July 2024. When I called this September to find out when our inspection was scheduled I was told we had to pay first, even though I never received an invoice. After paying I was told the inspection wouldn't take place until November 1st. No Show! I called to complain and I was told the inspection was November 11th between 10-12. NO SHOW! I called today and was told it was Nov 17th. I asked for a supervisor and was told none was available. I do not trust this company ! I posted 1 star because there wasn't an option for 0.

Joshua was awesome! Friendly and on time for the appointment. He listened to all of my concerns and was able to provide solutions and took his time to get the job done correctly. Was my first appointment but glad I went with Rocket Pest and happy to continue using them moving forward.

Ron with Rocket Pest did a great job for us. He communicated the day before his arrival and the day of. We weren’t home and he gave us step by step details of what was being done. He provided all information after the appointment as well. We appreciate you, Ron!

I am very impressed with Rocket, I called them Friday morning, spoke to a very nice man, Dennis, and he there was no charge for an inspection, the very next morning, James came to my home and inspected everything inside and out, took pictures, gave me a quote, and on Monday, Anthony and Greg came to my home to conduct their work. They were all so nice and professional. I'm glad to be a Rocket customer.
