Just restarted my service. Able to get my appt the next day. Excellent phone customer service- Angel. Tech was Jimmy Schraeder. Arrived on time, did a thorough and excellent job. He was very respectful, friendly and experienced. Very happy I came back to this company

We get our house sprayed quarterly for bugs living at the beach and in SC bugs become a issue if you don’t do this! My service Guy was Awesome he removed spider webs all outside my house on front and back porches. He also knocked down some small hornets nests i had . All without me even asking him to take care of this. Great company and very thorough ! Would recommend!!

This is the most disorganized and unprofessional company. They show up at your house whenever it’s convenient for them. And when you make an appointment, they just don’t show up. Two weeks in a row I had an appointment for a technician to come out to my home and I waited for over 2 hours each time and no one ever showed up. I would give 0 stars if it’s was an option.

They installed Sentricon termite stations at our new construction home provided from the developer for the first year. When I called to register the warranty my rep only wanted to sell me the 2nd year of service. When I questioned what was provided in year 1 she said they filled the bait stations and that was it. I questioned Sentricon website recommendation for periodic maintenance she insisted if I want more Rocket could provide at an extra cost. I called Sentricon and their knowledgeable rep agreed the website is confusing but also confirmed once a year service is adequate. My beef with Rocket is they don't know the product and had that been the answer all ok. Instead Rocket indicated if I want more they can provide at a cost. ROCKEt doesn't know the product so how can they sell it,let alone install? I think Sentricon should dump Rocket because you can't purchase the product yourself but need a qualified pest professional. Rocket doesn't know the product and I have a beef when a seller tries selling but is clueless on the product details.

Garrison was very helpful. He explained everything before beginning, making sure I understood what he was doing. He competed everything in a timely manner and reviewed everything he did. After he competed and explained everything he cleaned so well that you couldn't tell he had been there.
