So far I’m happy that I made this decision on protecting my home I had the opportunity to meet this amazing man his name is Anthony Wess he walked me through the whole process in obtaining an account and explained what options I had so I went with the termite bait stations around the house the man that came out did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable and respectful but going back to WESS not only he explained the options I had for pest control but he also gave me heads up on a vacation spot in Cancoon which I’m about to book thank you Wess for all the information you provided me it was a pleasure meeting you.

Initial visit was quick and efficient. Smart, well-trained, professional service. Communication was very customer-focused and not overly "salesy" which is much appreciated. John did a fantastic job quoting us what we needed. Dillon did an incredible job on the property exclusion and setting up initial traps. Looking forward to the results soon!

We have had Rocket Pest for several years now. They are a great company but the absolute best technician is Tracy. She cares about the customer and really does a wonderful job at our house. She communicates with me the night before and works with my work schedule. The other technicians do not.

I saw my termite profession and she texted the company right then . Rocket Pest called quickly and I was set up for an appointment. The service was to set up for a quarterly service outside and inside pest like roaches. The service person was timely, courteous, very efficient in what he did inside and outside, professional . I have NEVER been so angry and disappointed with a company in my life. Rocket Pest Control completely failed us and cost us nearly $8,000 for nothing. We hired them to handle mice and general pest control. Instead of helping, they told me I had to get expensive plumbing and duct work done before they would even treat the mice — which cost me about $6,000. After I paid for that, they then demanded another $3,500 to “seal” the underside of our home. We trusted them and paid it. Guess what? The mice got WORSE. For two straight months my husband and I (ages 78 and 86) lived in a nightmare. Mice were in our closets and kitchen, chewing our clothes, leaving droppings everywhere. I had to buy my own glue traps just to catch them. Every day was spent washing dishes, clothes, counters, and disinfecting every single room. I sent Rocket Pest Control photos of everything, even a mouse making a nest in my closet. When I finally got a hold of “Joe,” he told me I never even needed the plumbing or duct work they told me to do! Then they sent a man named James who walked in, saw all the droppings, and did NOTHING. He said he’d send someone else, but no one ever came. This company has wasted my time, my money, and my peace of mind. I feel taken advantage of because of my age and my desire to do the right thing. Rocket Pest Control should be ashamed of how they treated us. DO NOT hire them.

A lady named Tracy came to do my treatment. She is very thorough and personable. She took her time and made sure that my questions were answered and that I was satisfied before she left. I was her last customer of the day but she treated me like I was her 1st.

Corbyn was very professional and answer all of our questions especially when it came to a spider that has taken up residence on our front porch. He was very patient with our questions about the treatment that was done inside as well as the outside. Definitely very Happy and will be continuing to use this service. To have this service for the price it cost monthly is well worth it.

This company has been great to deal with! We purchased a new home in Easley, SC and out builder had installed the termite Sentricon stations with Rocket Pest Control. We contacted them to find out more information on quarterly treatments for prevention of other pests. Everyone that we dealt with in this company was top notch! Jeremiah came out while my husband was there and was awesome. He was professional, personable and very thorough. He took the time to show my husband where each of the stations were and did a great job inside and outside treating our home. We would definitely highly recommend this business. Thank you!

Just moved to our new place. No sign of pest or problems. I started a maintenance program and it's to early to tell. The staff and gentlemen who spayed and treated our home and yard was cheerful and professional. Hope to have a great working relationship moving forward.

We needed a termite inspection and after calling 3 different companies they were the only ones who serviced our area and what luck was that! Rocket Pest was affordable, friendly and prompt. They were able to schedule our inspection for the next day, communication was on point and they showed up on time. Excellent customer service and I’m 100% satisfied!
