Zach was amazing. He had to go into the crawl space to see what was eating my insulation, found out the mice are using our crawl space for a home. 🤢 it’s being dealt with as I write this. Great company, very knowledgeable with a fantastic positive vibe.

⭐️ 1 Star – Very disappointed and would not recommend We’ve lived in our home for several years and never had any pest issues. We even run our own lawn care and landscaping business, so we know how to handle spraying and keep our property clean. As winter approached, we started seeing a couple of mice for the first time and decided to call in a pest control company just for short-term service since we’re moving soon. A salesman came out, stayed for hours late at night, and convinced us to sign up for a year-long contract. He assured us we could cancel at any time if we moved with no penalties. We agreed, mainly because we wanted a quick initial treatment so the new homeowners wouldn’t have to deal with the issue. Since then, it’s been nothing but problems. The office has rescheduled our initial treatment four different times because they kept entering the wrong dates and times. We run a business ourselves, so rearranging our schedule repeatedly cost us client meetings and time with our team. When the technician finally came out, she only sprayed inside (which we never agreed to) and said she couldn’t do the outside — the main reason we hired them — because of weather and scheduling. She said it would have to be “rescheduled whenever they could get to it.” After calling the office to cancel, we were told we still had to pay the $200+ for the inside treatment we didn’t request, and on top of that, we’d have to pay another $100 just to cancel the contract. They also claimed that even if we moved out of state, they’d have to “transfer our service” to the new house instead of letting us cancel. The salesman was great, and the technician was polite, but the company’s system and policies are terrible. They overpromise, underdeliver, and trap you in a contract for services they can’t even complete. One out of five stars. I do not recommend this company. They are misleading, disorganized, and lack customer service. Save yourself the headache and hire a small, local business instead — you’ll get much better service and honesty.

Our rocket professional did a great job cleaning spider webs and laying protective Barriers. He was friendly and informative. We have used other pest services, but Rocket is great and much less expensive than the others.

Paula got back to us quickly and had our service agreement drawn up in minutes. She quickly got us an appointment scheduled for the following Monday. Troy gave us a shout while he was on the way over and was very professional. We became fast friends with Troy, our service technician who was very knowledgeable and covered all the bases of what to expect. the entire experience was fast easy and professional. we will be highly recommending these two from Rocket Pest Control! Bye Bye mosquitos!

Had my first service today. My technician gave me a call to let me know about when he’d be arriving. I was booked for a two hour window so it was nice to know more of an exact time and I also got an automated text when he was on the way. Anthony, the technician Arrived on time and let me know where and what he would be spraying. He also gave me some pointers as to closing up my doors and up on my roof and outside of my house where squirrels or mice could potentially get in. He was very polite and professional, and I have only good things to say about my experience so far!
