Clay was absolutely awesome on his first visit to my home. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he did a superb job with the treatment. I feel confident about the service because of the way he explained the process and answered my questions. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for reliable and professional pest control service!

I’m really disappointed with Romex Pest Control. When I first signed up, I saw so many good reviews and expected reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Their quarterly service is supposed to cover both interior and exterior, but they repeatedly show up without any notice. I’ve called multiple times asking them to give me a heads-up and at least a 30-minute call before the technician arrives—something they promised—but it has never happened. Today was especially frustrating. I was given a four-hour service window, but the technician showed up two hours after that window without a single apology or even the courtesy of a call. This is simply not the level of professionalism I expected. It feels like once you sign the contract, they stop trying. I plan to cancel as soon as my one-year contract is up. I wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect before committing.

We had our first initial pest service done today, Clay was our technician. He was professional and very thorough. He did a great job explaining how their service works! We are very happy with the price they gave us and glad that we found Romex! Clay was an awesome technician.

I had the pleasure of meeting Clay today, he did an inspection on one of my seniors apartment. He was very thorough in the inspection. I have worked with Romex for about a year now, I’m very pleased with their service.

Tylor came out for a 2 month service. He was just as polite as usual. Very thorough knocking down nests and spraying everywhere. We continue to have dead bugs for the 2 months between services. Very happy with the service.

Zero star? I called and booked, 9am Saturday am Tech will call 15-30 min out on the way. Easy…but confirmation text had no time listed??? Sat am 9…nothing. Sat am 10…still nothing, called at 10:30?? Oh he is busy. But will call when on the way. BUT WHEN? 9am is long gone. Oh sir we don’t give out times..just day 9am to 5pm. Who waits ALL DAY? Gave up at 1:30pm went on my errands. 3:45…got call from Tech, 45 minutes out. I was other side of town. Come on… (Oh did I forget to tell you…I am not home?) IDIOTS…RUN Folks. Owner made a very weak attempt to call late next day. NOT! PS…I went to “The Pest Shop”. Owner set me up with basic DIY program, once a month takes me 15 min. All no equipment and cost less than one pest control visit Very informative, and ZERO PESTS ANYWHERE FOR WEEKS!!! Thanks to The Pest Shop McKinney TX.

My technician was amazing as always. I always feel anxious when I have pest problems. But I’m always relaxed and confident when Amhad Chambers is my technician. He’s always very respectful, reassuring, and thorough. He always explains everything and take the time to see if I have any questions. Thank you again

Chase did an excellent job treating our home. His focus to finding every possible place ro eliminate bugs and critters was impressive. This was the first time I truly felt like my expense for the service was truly justified.

I had a great experience with the pest control service today. Jesus Meza was the technician, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was thorough & professional. He made sure to spray the pest control all around the entire exterior of the house, and he paid special attention to tackling the ant piles we had in the yard. Highly recommend asking for Jesus!

Travis V exceeded our expections and was polite,courteous and above all had great work ethics and professionalism. Chris is one incredible Romex guy! He knows the business, loves his job, and does a fantastic thorough job every time he is here. He takes care to ask about pests I see and can tell me exactly what he is doing to treat them. Then he quietly and expertly gets the job done. I highly recommend Romex and Chris! The value is reasonable. They will re-service between treatment times at no cost. They offer a multitude of services for all kinds of pest problems. We won't use anyone else.

We have been with Romex Pest Control for over 6 years now and have generally been very satisfied with their service, but today’s visit with Chase was exceptional. He called ahead to give me a 30-minute notice, and even though I wasn’t home yet, he said he’d start with the exterior and wait for me. It took me a bit longer than expected to get back, but he patiently waited and then treated the inside as well. Chase was extremely thorough—he even knocked down 3 large wasp nests I didn’t know were there! He was friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain the different types of bugs we’ve been seeing and how he was addressing them. Outstanding service all around! From now on, I’ll be requesting Chase for all our future visits.

Great service from the company guy called CHASE. He was so much knowledgeable, explained all conditions, took time to listen, performed the service with patience. I highly recommend this person from Romex amongest others. Good company and a great and responsible employee.

Clayton was extremely nice and friendly. Very respectful, he told us what he would be doing and treating, very professional. The previous person was no where near as nice, he didn’t announce when leaving or let us know what he would be doing. Felt scammed. But Clayton changed our view for this company.

I had a pest control technician, Bob, come out today, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! He was so kind and patient, really taking the time to listen to all my concerns. He thoroughly treated the entire perimeter of my house, swept the eaves around the house, and sprayed the areas where wasp nests had been. When I mentioned seeing occasional ants inside, he also came in and treated every possible entry point. Everything was done with such care and professionalism—I’m truly impressed! I’d highly recommend this service (and especially Bob) to anyone.
