Romex does an incredible job of responding to my needs. They techs are very respectful of my property and always ask my wife and I about specific needs before beginning. Today, my tech was ADAM. He was super nice, very respectful and did a thorough job of treating the areas we spoke with him about. Thanks Adam! Updated Review - 9/24/2025 Today I had another great experience with Romex Pest Control. I called to ask them to come out to treat for us because we have seen an uptick in spiders, wasps, and other bugs inside and outside of the house recently. As always, they met the moment and came the next day. The tech I had today was DEVEN D. He did an incredibly thorough job inside and out. Best part is because I am a customer, they will come out for NO CHARGE to treat if something comes up between regularly scheduled treatments. DEVEN was so polite and really showed great respect for our home, our property and my family. Minutes later I received an email from Romex and Deven D. They also sent a text to let me know that they are coming next week to do a termite inspection at no additional charge. All positive experiences with Romex!

Came back again to change the review. I am still seeing ant piles, spiders in the house. It's 250$ to cancel a service that isn't even providing results. It's been sprayed inside and outside maybe 5 times but I still have to buy my own pesticides to get rid of the ant piles. I strongly suggest using a different company. Photos are recent 1 week after my last spray and the giant spider was last night.

Roderick Thomas, was great! We really appreciate his hard work and dedication to his job. He was very informative, patient, dedicated and treated my family with respect.
