Nick was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! He spoke / listened to us about what our problem was and then explained what his plan was to resolve our problem. We loved how respectful he was to our interior and did an absolutely wonderful job. Highly recommend this company that hires good quality people. P.S. the other well known company we hired previously was worthless and no regard to how the interior application.

Recent treatment with Nick went great. The same great work listed below applies. Our house is 100% bug free since trusting Rove with our treatment needs. Scheduling was informative, swift and they work well with your schedules. Our tech Blayza was timely, kind, informative and thoroughly sprayed in and around the house. He answered all questions.... we didn't really have a full blown out problem with pest. Only saw 1 and this service is more to prevent but i will come back in a few weeks with updates on if it was effective.

I had another company who did amazing work. They cost a bit more so I let Aptive convince me to switch .They stick you with a 1 year contract and $199 cancellation fee so you are kind stuck. My experience is if you do good work cancelation cost nothing because you know people won’t cancel. Unfortunately, I went against my better judgement and switched. They came out sprayed for insects and it only got worse. When they came out the second time the insect issues were out of control. It never improved and only got worse and worse even after 2 treatments. When the last company came they sprayed one and the insects were gone. I had the other company out twice and never saw insects after they came. Alive came twice and spiders are out of control. I am going to cancel and take the loss but suggest others stay away.

I hired Proof Pest Control because we thought we had bed bugs. After paying for multiple treatments and going through the hassle of washing everything in my house, the problem never went away. They signed me up for a 12-month plan at $59/month, and even after follow-up inspections, they still couldn’t resolve the issue. I finally called another pest control company, and within one visit they took a sample, properly identified the insect, and discovered the real problem: a bat infestation in my attic. Once the bats were removed, the issue disappeared immediately. Proof Pest Control misdiagnosed the problem from the start, charged me for treatments I didn’t need, and now wants to charge me $180 just to cancel a plan that never solved anything. I feel like I wasted both time and money, and I would not recommend this company.
