Michael was an amazing tech with Saela pest control. He listened to all my worries about wasps and rodents we’ve seen in our garage. He went above and beyond and knocked down 21 wasp nests for us just in the backyard by our deck/patio. Also did some spot treatment spraying in our basement and gave me extra sticky traps. He was wonderful and such a great guy. Really appreciate all that you do, Michael!

Very expensive $131.00 per service. They lock you into a 1 year contract and if you want to cancel you have to pay 50% of the remaining year. Then when you try to cancel they put you on hold several times to annoy you, and they ask you several questions to try and retain your business. You can cancel via text or email only on a personal call with an account manager. If you are in the Kansas City metro area I suggest "Pink Pest Control " female owned and operated by a certified entomologist. She's much cheaper at this time and WAY more thorough.

Clay with Saela did a fabulous job today. He listened to the areas where I had concerns and made sure to pay extra attention to those areas. He communicated the work he did at the end of the appointment. I’ve used Saela for a while now and am always satisfied with their service.

Michael did a great job and notified me when he was enroute providing his ETA. He also took time to chat with me and hear my concerns. He was personable and informative.
